Went with my daughter and granddaughter for soft play .had a lovely time .staff were lovely at cafe .we sat in the dog cafe as no space. A family had there huge dog laying on a blanket right in entrance way .basically blocking way through .and I manuvered pram around dog to get a table and touched his paw with the wheel .I said sorry but he was not happy and a woman on the table said for God's sake .why bring your dog to a cafe and moan at people when they can't get past it . Leave it at home

We were accompanied by two friends and three children who had breakfast, and were delighted ! Of particular concern was the presence of a two year old who had a beautiful child's breakfast, and happily took the bag away to play with at home.

I love this place! I always leave with a find.Today it was wild strawberry plants, toys for the granddaughters and a dress!Sometimes I just go for a stroll and coffee, it is such a lovely place!

We have recently been coming to this garden centre several times these past month's. There is a lot of items that cover a lot of people's needs. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This place is well worth a visit.

Very poor service in the main restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for our food order, gave up and asked for a refund. We weren’t the only ones who had been forgotten, the table behind us had been waiting even longer. The hot chocolate and latte that we did get were nothing to write home about. My husband watched them make the hot chocolate and one spoonful was used to make two hot chocs, no wonder it was tasteless. I should’ve remembered the wait we had the last time we visited before the pandemic and not bothered. Went to another restaurant a few miles away and had no wait at all so it can be done! Might I suggest to train up the front of house staff to work in the kitchen as there were plenty of them.

Since last time I visited, several years ago, Endsleigh has had a refit and was looking fabulous in the run-up to Christmas. The wide aisles, quality fittings, cleanliness and excellent merchandising allow the products room to breathe, and make browsing a pleasure. What was much less of a pleasure was the restaurant. It also looks great, but the anti-Covid measures were pretty chaotic (although it wasn't all that busy, we waited for some time at the barrier before someone saw us and let us in), and the signage regarding how the system works was very poor. But the biggest disappointment was the food. We each had a cheese scone which was stale - cold, dry, dense and flavourless. Nobody asked us if everything was OK, so there wasn't an opportunity to say something without making a big deal of it. I remember a bad Café visit here several years ago, and it looks like nothing has improved. This rather spoiled the whole experience, and I now certainly wouldn't contemplate taking a friend there for an actual meal. My takeaway from this visit is: go and enjoy the store, but find somewhere else to eat!

Great range of plants well displayed. Friendly knowledgeable staff, one of whom spent a long time advising me about the best way to care for a plant that I had chosen. She also suggested alternatives that would be suitable depending on where I wanted to put it at home.I was impressed by the huge range of Christmas decorations, all at reasonable prices. I'll definitely be going back to buy some. The gifts and clothing sections are also really good.I like that this is a dog friendly garden centre and my pooch was made a fuss of by several staff members. My miniature bulldog and I felt really welcome and valued as customers. Well done Endsleigh.

Atmosphere pleasant enough on a Tuesday lunchtime. There is a sign asking customers to be kind to staff due to staff shortages, however there appeared to be a glut of waiting staff when our party was there.28 minutes after being seated, and having watched other customers who were seated after us order and be served their drinks, we left having not been able to order. There were 4 or 5 waitresses standing near our table chatting to each other but we couldn't attract their attention.Amongst our party this was the third successive time we had experienced extremely slow service.

Good choice of quality plants and gardening equipment, fairly well stocked. The pets dept has lots of different brands of pet products and toys. Great value for hay and straw, also a great choice of pond products and fish.

Went for lunch with a friend and our 3 children. Browsed the garden center then went to the main cafe. Had a really lovely selection. Food was hot and really tasty. Seating indoors and outside. Little play area outside.Service was superb. Staff were brilliant. Brought the children colouring stuff. We also booked the soft play area at £4.50 a child. They are running on 2 hour slots. Lovely little area. Then had cake.Toilets availablePlenty of on site parkingThey have a great selection of plants, homewares, treats along with mainstone aquatics and jolleys pet store.Definitely recommend especially at Christmas
