One of the best Indian Restaurants I have ever been to. I had a Duck curry and it was very good. This place has a lot of awards and deserves them all. I would highly recommend visiting here.

I have to say, the service here is exceptional. I have never felt so well looked after in a restaurant such as this. The food is very good and the decor sharp (not sure about the lighting in the gents.) Food is pricey but worth every penny.

I was disappointed with my Madras, tasted quite bland and not much different to a microwave curry.The Tarka Dhal, nans, and starters were nice. Good portion of chips too.Given 4 stars as others enjoyed their meal, so will give the benefit of the doubt.

Ok...this place is relatively expensive but the old adage, "You get what you pay for", applies here. I'm a regular visitor to Salcombe and always go at least once or twice on each visit. The food is exceptional. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This place regularly wins national awards for their food and it's easy to see why. The only MINOR detraction for me? The air conditioning can be a tad chilly...I always take a light jumper in case....I live near the famous Manchester "Curry Mile" in Rusholme.....nowhere there can hold a candle to this place. 👍

The best Indian restaurant! After reading the reviews, we wanted to try this place and it was truly amazing. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Fantastic food, we've both ordered as takeaway and dined in many times and in both situations the food has been great and we've have had no issues.On most weekends (Friday to Sunday) it seems quite busy so if you plan on eating here I recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment but even in that situation you can always get food to takeaway and it is just as fab!

The best Indian meal we’ve ever had! The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and helped us make our choices- the menu is vast! The food was sublime and obviously freshly cooked. The place was full by about 7.30 so book early to avoid disappointment. 😉

Excellent top class service! enjoyed Sunday evening dinner in here. We didn’t have a booking, restaurant was full, but very friendly professional staff seated us in waiting room to have choices of takeaway or seating in. It was great we stayed. Food was top delicious! We had starter pappadom with all this delicious sauces, chutneys. Vegetarian curry with garlic nan . All food was fresh and mouthwatering. Lamb biriani with vegetable curry. Waiters were great helpful, friendly, polite. Definitely recommend this place it has beautiful interior, modern bathrooms. And great people who work there! 5***** experience
