Style over substance. My husband and I had lunch here whilst on a day out. We were attracted by the pizzas on the menu and walked in off the street. This was a mistake, we should have looked at other customer reviews first! The pizzas here are definitely not homemade. The base was definitely shop bought which was very disappointing for the price charged. My side salad was also rather sad and wilted. The service was also poor - we weren't brought a menu over when sat down or told how to order. In the end we went back outside to look at the menu by the door before ordering at the bar. Would not go again.

Took family here who were visiting from Kent, terribly food very embarrassed, for the quality prices should be at least 30% lower

Proper cream teas today in Dartmouth. 😉

Children are serving the alcohol, was waiting ages to be served.

Great foodie..crab sandwiches the best.

** Dog friendly, inside and out ** Lovely food and service, we ordered the Tapas and it was freshly cooked. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is we ordered bread with oil and balsamic, when the waitress brought it over she accidentally dropped the jug, the little glass bulb thing that held the balsamic broke and we ended up with shards of glass in the oil. Once we brought it to the waitresses attention it was changed promptly.

Yeah, yikes...look, this seems like a nice, well reviewed place, but we came in and basically had to fight for service, saw two other couples sit down and leave after 5 minutes when no-one had come to serve them and then to top it off might wife got food poisoning from the 🦀. The prices are okay, but the serving sizes are small (and not just the Tapas). In a town filled with amazing restaurants we won’t be coming back...

Good food - we mostly had tapas or Taste Of small plates. Lots of flavour. Good selection for veggies.

Had a lovely stay at No 8. Lovely people, comfortable room and really loved the light breakfast in bed every morning. Thank you so much for looking after me as well.

I don't think I have given a 1 star review before. Awful in all respects.
