Really lovely staff and nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed both of my stays. Top tip - ring the hotel before booking online as you might be offered a slightly cheaper rate or will include free breakfast. Rooms and the entire hotel is spotless - very impressed! Beds are super comfy, shower pressure is a little weak but it's always warm and lovely, excellent hair dryer and so happy all rooms have fridges too. Great breakfast and quiet rooms as the Ramada does not attract "Hen/Stag do's". The staff and clientele are professional. The car park is free and there is plenty of spaces. Ice machine on the 2nd floor and a snack vending machine. I was wowed by the service! Definitely recommend and I'll book the Ramada from now on.

Lovely hotel. Great sized rooms and food was good. Slept really well in a comfy bed.

Great to see parking charges have been dropped. Called in to meet a corporate visitor and have a quick drink. Much better than the parking Eye fiasco.

Excellent customer service skills particularly the kitchen staff we had for a week . Very friendly, accommodating, polite and welcoming . Would happily visit again !

We went for lunch and I was so impressed with the food and Kai was a great member of staff, highly recommended but remember to enter your car registration on entry 👍

Really enjoyed it! For the price is was great, we had the double room on the first floor and it was big spacious and overall luxurious. Hotel has fabulous staff who are friendly and helpful. They also have a small gym, a jacuzzi and a sauna which is the dream. Had a great stay. The only thing was that the bed was in a weird angle, would have appreciate it if it was straight but otherwise, good!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ramada Plaza. Our twin rooms were modern, comfortable, clean and spacious and were just the job for our trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good. This was a great location from which to explore North Wales with many beautiful places to visit. Stunning landscapes, good beaches and lots of historical places of interest to visit, only a short drive away. If you're looking for a good hotel in this region, you can't go far wrong here, we would definitely recommend it.
