The Floating Bridge Inn in South Hams

Lovely place to enjoy a relaxing drink, The staff are super friendly and the views are great, I didn't get chance to eat anything here but will return soon to enjoy that too..

I stayed here for one night. Spacious room and bathroom. Lovely bay window with good views of harbour. Close proximity to high ferry, not far from low ferry or town. Fridge in room, toiletries supplied. I would recommend and return.

Went down for Sunday lunch lovely food great beers on offer Wendy and Kent great hosts worth a visit if you are down there

Lovely tasty meal ... muscles were fabulous..well presented... obviously a great new chef.

Really excellent proper pub foodThe locally sourced fish dishes are particularly fine and generous portions.I can also highly recommend the Sea Fury Ale and encourage you to give the dining offer a try.You will not be disappointed

We arrived earlier this evening and told no table available. Ordered a drink and waited outside and were seated very quickly after a few minutes. Food and staff are fantastic. I had medium fish and chips, batter so light and fish was so fresh and flavoursome. Other half had Lasange followed by Banana choc chip cake. Both very really nice. Good price for what we had. Hope to return before we leave to go home.

Good sized portions. A little wait for a table (you cannot book), but we were kept informed & the wait was worth it. Muscles were excellent, as were the fish & chips & the warm brie & walnut salad. At the moment The Floating Bridge is only open from Wednesday to Sunday.

Really nice pub with staff who care about their ales and the whole pub experience. Pleasant roof terrace close to the river and excellent catch of the day sea food offer.After a day of being told everything was booked out it was a pleasure to discover this little gem with a warm welcome. Thoroughly recommended!

It was not too busy when we visited in the afternoon. It's table service and our order was taken quickly. Did not have to wait too long for the food to arrive. The large portion of steak pie was very filling and tasty. Located by the car ferry great view's across the estuary.
