Not been in here for several years. Quite impressed. Good local feel, beer well kept, with Jail, Tribute and a guest ale. Friendly staff and some terrific classic rock to hear! Definitely added to the visit again list!

I visited with a friend for a pre Christmas meal and it was the best choice. Friendly, helpful staff, lovely environment, the menu offers something for most diets/allergies. Delicious home cooked food. We will return soon and bring friends and family too. Thank you Craig, Anna, Heather, Jess and Finn.

Excellent ales and ciders, wonderful and friendly staff, great service and food. Good size garden with awnings, heated in the winter. Dog friendly. Wood burner in lounge which helps make it homely and comfortable when it's cold outside.

Visited to look into expanding their WiFi range to the beer garden, which is lovely and spacious. Great people, will be there to try the food and beer when I can, safe in the knowledge that they are investing in technology to keep us all safe at this time!

Wow! We couldn't fault the Inn now it is under new ownership. The setting is comfortable, easy going and cosy with its open fire. Great ales on tap and a wide selection of Gins! The food was second to none - just like home cooking. Generous portions and creative dishes. The Imperial offers great value for money and ticks all the boxes for a great local pub. Thanks Margaret and team for making us feel so welcome.
