Amazing Sunday lunch at a very reasonable price. Loved Sadie and her party tricks!

Utterly lovely from start to finish! The friendly staff were helpful and efficient. Wine was lovely. There were 4 of us and each and every plate of food was perfect! Prawn cocktail, pate, fish pie, liver and one of the best fish n chips Ive ever had (thick chunk of cod, flaky and sweet with crispy batter mmmm) desserts were great too. We are coming back.

Great Sunday lunch. Vegetarian and gluten free available. They made room for us at short notice . Great food and fabulous, friendly service. They couldn't do enough for us.

Had an amazing time at the old inn. We went for a freinds birthday and was made very welcome. We walked to the pub and got soaked to the bone on the way there. The lady there made sure we got warm and dry. We had a lovely lunchtime meal, the waitress was also freind and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Great Sunday roast, very generous portions and fab value. Very friendly and helpful team plus good beer. What's not to like! Highly recommend.

Very reasonably priced Sunday lunch.Choice of real ales and ciders as well as common lagers.Friendly bar maid a real joy and the landlord and lady equally friendly .Perfect we are defiantly going to pay return visit .Not open monday Tuesday worth noting if in the area.Otherwise book if eating as very popular very justifiably so .

We stayed at Woodlands Family Theme park for the week and stopped here for my birthday meal.It was absolutely amazing.The food was fantastic.The service was amazing.The owners and waiting staff took time to stop and talk to us.We met the pub dogs who were an absolute delight and they showed off their tricks to rhe children and were given a surprise from Sadie the Dog to bring home.We stay at woodlands every year or so and will ensure to visit the Old Inn everything.Thank you for an amazing evening of entertainment. The children are busy using your beer mats to try and teach our Lab the same trick, it's not going great!

We were on a family holiday at a local theme park and went for a meal for my wife's birthday.So glad we picked here, staff were fantastic, very friendly from booking on the phone all the way through.Proper home cooked food, i had the lasagne special as recommended by the waitress, it was superb.We all had a great evening, it was a lovely end to our holidays.Little added bonus of 2 pub doggies one of which had a great party trick with a beer mat !!Absolutely will be back here one day.

Food was fantastic! Atmosphere was great for families with kids and for people to bring their 4 legged kids. Real homely British pub atmosphere!
