The Seven Stars in South Hams

Kingsbridge is fabulous as is the Seven Stars! A real plus is it's dog friendly, serves wonderful food, has great customer service with very friendly and personable staff. Both inside and outside the pub is really clean, comfortable and stylish. Steak excellent, fish and chips great, buttermilk chicken burger is fantastic! Definitely somewhere you'll want to return again and again.

We'd reserved our table and saw our name slung on top of a pile of menus, we should have listened to our gut at this point. Kept waiting 10 mins, an hour, just a little longer. When we were finally seated the order hitlike a roller coaster in and out as fast as they could and boom £100 lighter, with no real recollection of anything being that good

After reading the great reviews we decided to book for Sunday Lunch. So glad we did as the food was amazing! Staff friendly and attentive. Highly recommend adding the cauliflower and cheese .

Outstanding Sunday Roast and lovely wine. Excellent service and a really warm welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Its such a shame this little gem is not on our doorstep, we were only visiting while on holiday. Hopefully if we return we will hunt out this place again.

I'm dairy-free, but definitely NOT vegan - a mistake made by many eating places - but Seven Stars were great. Staff friendly and helpful and adaptable. So lovely to be able to eat out and be accommodated and nit judged.

Having been to them all, I’d definitely suggest that this is the best pub in Kingsbridge.Such a warm and friendly welcome, from the initial call for a reservation, right up to the bill, with lovely bar service in between.(And dog friendly…say no more!!)Food quality and presentation was certainly beyond usual pub fare and very well priced.Good selection of beers, not the usual rack of fizzy lager, and great selection of everything else; the restaurant wine choice was also very good, and we plumped for an excellent Albariño.But above all, the staff were wonderful; we were looked after perfectly throughout our visit, and will certainly recommend, plus would visit again when we’re in Kingsbridge.Thank you to all.Jon and Linda

Had a lovely Sunday Roast here today on the outside patio area. Loved the new chairs and generally the place looked really great and newly updated!Menu looks really good and we’re Already planning our meals for next time!Also our server Alpha was just the sweetest and so attentive. Service from everyone was top notch!

Really friendly staff, beautiful food. Steak and ale pie is a must. beautiful Sunday roast sirloin beef .
