This was so good that I'm planning to move in there permanently. Superb cooking, dish after dish of beautifully comprised ingredients and a charming host. Forgot to take our own alcohol, but this was easily remedied from the local shop. Full marks. Proper cooking.

Won a voucher and booked for a two course evening. Arrived to long communal picnic benches with sheepskins on the seats. Nice simple decor and everything clean. I was facing the wall but my husband was facing the kitchen. He enjoyed watching what was going on. Theme of food this evening was Turkish and all the dishes were delicious, especially the lamb and the flatbread, in fact everything we tried we enjoyed. Dessert was amazing, five different ones to try. Dishes are bought to the tables in bowls and everyone digs in for all the food. Good portion sizes, not too little. Only thing I would say is bring your own drink as none sold. They charge minimal corkage. As you are on communal benches you chat with everyone on the table so ok if you don't mind meeting randoms over dinner. I enjoyed chatting but my husband felt a bit squished in. Being big stature he kept bumping and elbowing the bench behind. He would have preferred a quieter time, however, that is not the whole point of the place. Great food, nice atmosphere, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try something different not just a boring table for two & a la carte!

Dined last Saturday as a party of 6, it was absolutely fantastic, we enjoyed every mouthful, the food and presentation were exceptional, I can honestly say I have never enjoyed a meal so much, I loved trying different flavours that I would never usually order in a restaurant. I don't think there was a morsel of food left on our table, we left full and happy.
