Amazing food. Beautiful presentation and Taste great!! Every time someone visits me in Yeovil, I take them here. Shout out to Darrel, lovely waiter with a good sense of humour.

The restaurant is absolutely terrible.1. Service was incredibly slow.2. Food was horrible and my steak was cooked until it was basically a bit of beef jerky.3. (Weird one) but when sitting near the kitchen they have different music on to the rest of the restaurant, so when you’re sitting there there’s two different songs playing4. Went for VERY SLOW breakfast and the place was filthy, stains and food all over the chairs.5. Chef in kitchen during breakfast loudly shouted at waitress saying he isn’t well & then I actually saw him swear when receiving my orderThe singular positive is - some of the staff were friendly.

It is a great to dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner for friends, families and loved ones. The food was great since it was served hot. Staff were courteous and friendly. There are public toilets available. There are sanitation station located throughout the restaurant. Not too crowded and great atmosphere. There is parking nearby at Star Lane car parking. Whoke day parking costs £4.30 from Mon to Sat and free on Sunday.Gave 4 stars because we paid via Love2Shop vouchers which was not executed professionally and not accepted. Definitely recommended. Thank you and keep up the good work 👍

Couldn't have the meal I ordered, and they had ran out of chunky chips. Sauce was brought out after food nearly finished. Had to buy onion rings separately as meal only comes with 1 mushroom and a half a tomato and small amount of fries. My steak was cooked how I like mine.

Tonight we were served by Alice! We were so impressed by her kindness and friendly tone we wanted to tip her but unfortunately I only had card. Thank you Alice for being awesome 😎

We arrived and there was an empty restaurant, 2 members of staff putting up balloons, 3 others stood at the bar chatting, finally sat down with menus, 10 mins later had to goto the bar in hope to order, where we were "barked " at about sitting down to order. Another 30 minutes for food to arrive, which was average ( and not worth the money) dessert ordered..15 minutes later was told that we couldn't have the ice cream for the kids as they had no vanilla.... asked for strawberry when ordering.. 10 minutes after that the waffles we ordered weren't available... cancelled the order and left.... managers reasoning was it is the chefs fault!!! Surley a good manager knows what's available or not!Overall... a waste of money, poor service and badly managed! McDonalds is the better option!!

Food was lovely, the staffs customer service was shocking and it felt like to much trouble to take our order we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for 2 burgers. The waitresses where stood around at the bar eating food and drinking completely oblivious to the fact that us and several other tables where waiting. When they took our empty plates we where not asked for any dessert and ignored for a further 25 minutes before we gave up.

Update - 29/12/2021:Another poor experience, we were almost turned away despite booking online, I think there was an issue with the online bookings coming through to the restaurant.Still not enough staff on duty, only 2 chefs and 2 servers, and even though the restaurant wasn't that full, they clearly couldn't cope. The food was ok, just a shame the experience was let down by the service..... again!Original review:Oh dear, where do I start?Normally I am a fan of Yeovil Beefeater, but lockdown has obviously not been kind, all new staff and unfortunately an all new low in service and quality.1) The Manager checking people in was not welcoming at all, visibly annoyed if people hadn't booked (we had), did not ask if we had a reward card, and was more concerned about me proving I had checked in with NHS Covid app.2) The restaurant was not that busy, with probably no more than 10 separate parties, however the service was still very slow and I witnessed multiple people complaining about this, the fact that some people on their table got their breakfasts and had finished before the rest of their table even got theirs. The standard response from the Manager was they were very busy, but they just weren't coping well).3) The speed of service was obviously not helped by the fact most of the time we were there, there was only one grill chef trying to prepare all the food; our cooked breakfast took half an hour to arrive at our table.4) We ordered hash browns with our breakfast, which we didn't get, but no explanation was given as to why until I raised it.5) No one asked us how our meals were.6) No one asked us if we wanted anything else at any point.7) I asked at 11:05 if we could order some continental food as no one had asked us if we wanted anything else, only to be told everything has been 'packed away' and we couldn't have anything else. When I pointed out no one had offered us anything else, the waitress went off and returned with one pain ou chocolat and one croissant in a bowl and just put them on the table, no offer of butter, jam, knife, etc.8) The food was just about adequate, but the sausages were more like chipolatas, so glad we all ordered a couple.I know it's good value at £8.99 with kids eat free, but I certainly wouldn't describe it as 'all you can eat' and that doesn't excuse basic customer service and standards!

The crew is absolutely very nice, but the food itself is not worth the money. The pictures of the food and what they actually serve are 2 completely different things. What you see in the picture cost 21 pounds... absolutely not worth it!

Nice and spacious, we had a all you can eat breakfast there as part of the Premier Inn stay. We went in at 8am so we the place is pretty quiet. Waitresses were attentive, and food was bought out to you. Kids enjoyed the American styled pancakes, cereals and the adults went with the cooked breakfast. Which was hot and hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp too long so sausages were meaty and juicy. Bacon a little dry. The rest was fine, good enough quality and very filling. Poached eggs were definitely better than the fried. All it is was missing was a fried bread 😋
