Burger King in South Somerset

Sorry to say we wasnt happy . Last time we went was ages ago befor covid started was lovely back then . We went today and tables was dirty not clean . I understand if was hort staff maybe but wasnt that busy . Should always make sure there clean . Also hair if have long hair should be in a net if around food yes they had hats they had it tied back but hair should ether be in side there hats or in a net so no hair is showing . The saff was lovely . Food was ok for my children .

Had a meal there today really clean and staff are well dressed and Polite, the meal was hot 🔥 which is a big one for me, didn't use the toilet so can't comment ,But over all I had a great experience

This is the 2nd time in just a few months that they left things off my deliveroo order. It's frustrating as I then have to deal with deliveroo to then credit my account then I have to re order, and then of course the waiting time for the re delivery on top. It's a treat for us to have this and to let my own food go cold while I deal with the mess up AGAIN is unacceptable. Sort it out!

It was OK, proper old school. No electronic menus, ordered at the counter like the good old days 🤣

Meal was great.Ladies toilet had no hand soapOr even any hand sanitation.

Some tables had not been cleaned down, I chose the chicken royale the lettuce was limp and brown and barely any in it.

Decent service, always fully stocked unlike mcdonald’s etc, good, hot food made fresh to order. good plant based range. however floors are dirty and toilets are in poor condition.

I have come here on numerous occasions over last few months. All the staff seem to be more interested in dealing with delivery drivers than customers walking through the door!!!!To top it they couldn't even get the order rightNo onions no lettuce.. What was in my burger!!!!!!!! Lettuce and onions

Ok, decoratively could do with a bit of a refresh.But oh my! I had a vegan royale AND veggie whopper! 🤣 All the fast food joints near me have opted out of meat free options (I'm not vegetarian but if it hasn't seen daylight, I'm not eating it!) And I'm not even a fast food fan, but on a day out with my son, decided to have a try as Burger King is a bit of a throwback from my youth (stumbling out of nightclubs and heading straight for the spicy bean burger! 🤭) If you're in the mood, the veggie/vegan versions are spot on- tasty, much better prepared and fresher tasting than I was expecting from a burger chain. Thick, crunchy gherkins and plenty of salad. And actual flavour. Oh, and the buns didn't look like they were out of a fisher price kitchen set either.I just wouldn't eat two again! 🤰

Absolutely disgusting !! Not only was the food cold the amount of time they handled the food with no gloves on and through it into the bag.I also sat in to eat with my family, we sat up stairs and not 1 table was clean mind we were the only ones up stairs 🤮 the whole place was dirty and disgusting, not what you want to see during a pandemic 👎
