Caffe Nero in South Somerset

Ordered a large hot chocolate through uber. It turned up half filled with tonnes of froth and it tasted soo strong, like they used the correct amount of chocolate but missing half the milk. This is no exaggeration at all. I can't quite beleive they thought it was acceptable to serve me literally a half filled cup. Even paid extra for the coconut milk. So angry 😠

Staff are always lovely and the cafe is always super clean.

Visited yeovil branch in the morning which was great and Bath branch in the afternoon which was awful. Dirty tables, no cleaning happening at all. Paper cups and cold aircon with open doors on a cold day. Well done Yeovil and poor show Bath.

Sadly not good. Uninterested staff. And the whole place was dirty not just today's dirt. People had abused staff trust and paid takeaway prices to eat in up stairs.

Hot chocolate lovers do definitely try Hot chocolate Milano here….best hot chocolate so far.

This is being reposted as the first post was "conveniently" removedTerrible ServiceWhat a disgrace the service is in this branch. We called in today then went to take a seat and it was obvious that the table had not been cleaned. I approached the two male staff and asked if they would wipe the table for us. One gave me a dirty look and the other bent down to get a cloth and spray. The extremely rude guy bent down next to him and they began to whisper between themselves. I asked for a frappe, the one advertised in the window and was asked if it was the caramel one? I said it was the one the other side of the poster in the window to which he retorted he didn't know what that was. I said it was the pitstachio one. He began to prepare it and asked if there was anything else? My reply was a skinny cappuccino please. He repeated a frappe latte and would I like cream on it? I repeated a skinny cappuccino please. He had already picked up ice and a blender jug which he then threw on the side. I told him to forget it and that I was unimpressed with his attitude and service we then walked out. I would given this venue no stars if I had a choice. The young man needs to learn some manners and customer service skills. We went across the road to Costa and though again had to request that the table was cleared and wiped the girl did so with a smile and even came to me at the counter to say she had mopped the floor too.

Asked for a small shot of syrup for delivery.....definitely not a small shot of syrup! What's the point of adding notes to your order if you don't listen to them?! I would have liked coffee with my syrup thanks, therefore I won't be drinking my order and i won't be a returning customer.
