Chan's in South Somerset

Nice food and very fast service too. No dine-in available yet but my order was ready pretty quickly.

Really good takeaway food. First time we've used Chan's but will certainly do so again.

There are a few Chinese restaurants/takeaways in chard so we thought we'd try here for a change and we were not disappointed! Food was lovely the flavours were spot on and tasted much more traditional highly recommend

Tried it , unfortunately was not impressed. Rice dishes were bland. Sweet and sour sauce had loads of vinegar in. I felt guilty giving left overs(which was a lot) to the dogs

Always friendly, consistently good food, take away service excellent, generous food portions, shame due to staff shortage it is now (only) a take away, but because of that take aways are processed very quickly, highly recommended.

We have been BIG fans of Chan's since it opened. The food is always consistent in taste and size of dishes are generous. Alan and his staff are always friendly and smiling. If your looking for somewhere new to try or just driving through Chard and want a good feed, this is your place with street parking right out front! Definitely ***** for us

Great little restaurant. Staff were welcoming and friendly, service was excellent - incredibly fast, and the food was delicious. Restaurant side was a bit quiet (although it was Sunday night to be fair), but take away was very busy and I can see why having tasted the food.Decent price set menus, and good portions too. If I wasn't only here on holiday I'd go again!Well recommended.
