Costa Coffee in South Somerset

Just popped in for a coffee and a quiet 5 minutes.

Always love this branch.... Staff are wonderful & exceptionally helpful... Looking forward to re-opening after re-fit

Had cold drinks Frappe Fudge flavour on hot day today (26.5) degree cel ius and was so refressing.

Costa in yeovil coffee warm the place could do with a clean especially as you enter the coffee shop thro the main doors old spiders webs etc staff ok but need to no how to make a hot coffee.

I popped in to Costa coffee for a coffee with friends.We were all very disappointed.In a word it is shabby.The windows were dirty.The decor was faded.The chairs were threadbare on the arms and the seats badly stained. The floors were dirty and worn with strips of tape to cover up tears and damage. A bit like you see on a building site.This is not what this part of Yeovil needs.On a positive, the food counter and coffee preparation area was clean and tidy. My coffee was excellent, as was the staff. All of whom were well presented, hard working and polite.

I didn't visit, I probably stopped outside to adjust my mask. I won't use Costa on the principle that they don't pay UK corporation tax so I'm not going to line their pockets

Lovely coffee, had been here recently with my friend. The staff was amazing, they wished us, welcomed us and even served the coffee asking if all was ok and if we needed anything. 5 stars for hospitality and coffee (frappe) was lovely too :)
