Ordered some food tonight. For the first time from this place. Food was really nice. Fresh, Nicely cooked to right degree and arrived hot. Delivery was quick. Very happy. Would order again. Thank you.

Sad to say that my order tonight was the second time in a row my order has been wrong. Thought they were getting better but seems like they're slipping again. Couldn't even be bothered to phone them and say it's wrong as I didn't want to wait even longer for the right thing to be delivered 😕

Chicken sandwich was good, and it was nice and hot, but the delivery did take quite along time, 4 stars

My partner ordered the 3 rib combo Meal and it says “ 3 favourite ribs coated and cooked in a sticky sweet smoky barbecue sauce” well it was not sweet at all and had a hint of BBQ with a huge amount of spice to it.. not knowing it was spicy gave me a huge shock and with no ingredients information at all or warning to what could be in it and her lips swelled up a little bit and have never really done this before.. could have been a reaction or too hot(spicy) no clue but wasn’t the nicest thing in the world… mine and my partners chicken had no taste to it at all and had lots of grizzle in the chicken as well !!! We will definitely not be ordering here again..

I have ordered first time because of recommended my friend. She was so wrong about it. french fries was not bad little bit too oily but can be eaten. Chicken was really dry and overcooked almost black. Ribs, just come on who butterd and later put in bbq source.

It was our 1st time ordering from them and it was absolutely disgusting, the chicken was so dry and the chips tasted stale. Also wrong food sent out. Stay well clear. If you want decent food you would be better off cooking frozen chicken. I have contacted them but can't get through. So I have sent them a email.

Wrong burgers normal not fire's, coleslaw 6(six) days out of date and brown, chips soggy not cooked enough, wont be going back, it use to be good when bruce was running it not any more. Would give zero but can't. ....Well ...much improved now 2yrs later, getting orders right and only open in evenings rather all day food much improved.....obviously coping well during the pandemic of 2020

I used to enjoy this place but recently i have found if to be less than satisfying. I went in on Friday 6th at about 8:45pm and ordered my food and was told it would be a 20 min wait as they had a few orders being cooked and sent out which I didn't mind. Problem was I was served by a young boy who didn't really want to help out and had to be ordered to take my order. After that while waiting he and another young lad also working there were told off for making food up and leaving it out for 20 mins. The customer had phoned to say they were coming in but rather than wait they rushed ahead and the customer never showed up. The young lad who served me was called Scott. This is something i later discovered because someone who knew him had to have their money refunded as he wouldn't take their order seriously either and kept trying to walk off or wind this guy up as he thought he was a comedian. Luckily after a 45 min wait I got my food because an older gentleman appeared and seemed to take charge and tell the young lads off for not doing their jobs, as well as making them say sorry to me for my order being later than expected. This 1 star is a review of the last visit I had there. Hopefully if I go back it will be better.

My food was excellent & delivered in 20 minutes. The only reason I couldn't give the full 5 stars was because my burger roll was a little dry. But I would definitely recommend :)
