I ordered 18 portions of fish and chips for a small social gathering. They were freshly cooked and ready bang on time. Everyone agreed that they were good quality and at a reasonable price.

Cod was nice, good portion, friendly staff BUT the chips were awful. Soggy, mushy mess, Some were more raw than cooked. Not sure if it was just a off day as have used them before

What a little hidden gem this place is. Only went to it based on google reviews but I’m so glad I did! Everything was so nice! We had fish, battered sausage, chicken and mushroom pie, curry sauce and large chips, all for £15. All very fresh and Super tasty!

After attempting to order from munch king and being told they didn't have this and that, at 530 and wasn't cooking anything else (even to order) I went here. Took phone order fine, was ready when I got there 10min later and friendly staff. Staff even knew when I made a joking comment that at least they took phone orders and had fish to sell that I'd been to the other one first. Could of been hotter but otherwise can fault it. And the curry sauce. 😍😍. I'll be going here for my fish and chips from now on.

Simply put I love the food, the team and service from this place. It's the best in Yeovil, and I am sure beyond, for all things fish and chips orientated. The selection is great and tastes excellent, with decent portions supplied. Its cooked fresh and to order. The batter is heavenly and mouth watering. The service is so personable, organised and efficient too, with or without a pandemic. I always get a welcome from all the team behind the counter, they ask after you and family, and they can almost pre-empt the order I place. They never forget you either. Excellent food and service with a smile too. Its what keeps me going back there. Appreciated and hard to beat these days
