Kaspa's in South Somerset

If I could give minus stars I would. This place smelt of BO and waffles (not a good combination) and the staff were slow and vacant. We placed our order, then after a long wait 2 of our 3 drinks arrived, of which the banana protein shake ordered, was vanilla not banana, so they took the drink back and bought out a replacement, but the waiter didn't even apologise. Then eventually one dessert arrived, then after a furter 10 minutes the other 2 arrived! Then after we had finished eating, I went to complaine that we still hadn't received the 3rd drink, they proceeded to ask if i would like to take it home instead! This place is over staffed, and over priced! Clearly none of the staff have any form of customer care/service training and I will not be going there again!

Made my niece feel very special for her 5th birthday with balloons and banners. The staff were all really nice and friendly. Dom the shift manager even went out of his way to help do a nutrition breakdown for me for a diabetic in our party,even though they were busy. Everything was well received and eaten with great joy. Thank you guys. You never disappoint us.

Used to love kaspas but it has gone downhill. Got my order wrong 3 times. Dried food still left on the supposedly clean cutlery. The whole place is unclean and even portion sizes and the presentation of the food is lacking. Won't be visiting again.

Lovely tasting ice cream as is the standard with Kaspa’s, but clearly a lot less scooped than many weeks prior. I don’t appreciate the “I’ll spoil myself” price tag on a sundae when there’s a noticeable amount of ice cream missing in my cup than before, hidden under more whipped cream. I’m sure it’s cost saving for them. Whatever tools they use to add ingredients to milkshakes, be it scoops or machines, also weren’t properly washed off between uses as there was a reasonably strong peanut butter flavor in my partner’s very much non-peanut butter shake

Utterly grim, miserable staff, slimey menus, sticky table, toilet was grotty, with broken seat and the hand dryer didn't work. Wife tried to order but they didn't have the ice cream chosen available, when she returned to query what I'd have instead I was getting up to have a spoon replaced as it was still covered in milky residue with someone's lip smears on it, so we just decided to leave as there wasn't anything good about the visit so far. Very disappointed as it's somewhere we've both wanted to visit for months but find no reason to visit that part of town and we've looked forward to it for a few days since we decided to go, will never set foot in there again. Worst restaurant I've ever sat in.

Generally tidy but not clean. The tables clearly hadn't been wiped over. The cutlery we were given had food still on it.Didn't order food in the end as completely put off .

Very quick and friendly service and the desserts are just banging! Also available to order on just eat which is a great option. Soo many choices to choose from.

Ice cream was good, just took so long to get order out to us. Orders not taken out in order. Simple things missing like not being given any napkins and when asking for some only being given 3 for a table of 5 one of these being a 4 year old so all 3 were used on him.
