Attended this Cafe at 11:10 for breq the staff sat us down and on reading the menu we saw that breq was finished at 11:30. Thankfully we managed to get to order at 11:25 on which we was told breq was no longer being served. We stated the times on menu but was told these had changed (Would of been nice to be told at the door)We asked for a simple sausage Bap and coffee and waited another 10 minutes. For another member of staff to come tell us that we would not be served this food as it was also class as breq. On leaving we stated that we wished to be told before we sat instead of wasting 20 mins and why the table next door managed to order breq 5 minutes before us (Around the time of 11:15)In the end we made our way across the river to a lovely bike cafe who was more than happy to do breq and lovely staff.Upset with customer care. Would recommend staff tell the customer if this was going to be a issue and if taking a breq order from the table next door don’t then refuse to serve the table next door.

Visited today had a bacon sandwich I can honestly say it was the best I have ever tasted. Lovely place, lovely staff and lovely food worth a visit, will be returning.

Our first time visiting this eatery, on a friend's recommendation. We were not disappointed.Whilst waiting to be seated we chatted with a lady who also recommended it.We shared a table with a local couple, who were complete strangers to us, who reinforced what had already been said.Great service, great food and most excellent idea to share a table with a local couple. We will add to the recommendations.

Another enjoyable visit here today. We always get a warm welcome and great service from the friendly staff, and lovely coffee and cake. Look forward to calling in again next time we’re cycling your way. Tony (Cycle Somerset)

Really lovely setting, the outside dining area is idyllic. Friendly staff who were very accommodating with allergens. Great coffee, delicious food. Thanks!

A member of staff got my three year old some paper and a pen, and showed a real interested in him and what he was drawing. Even hung his work up for him. It made his and my day. Plus the food was great too.

Lovely surroundings, light airy welcoming venue. Recommend the blackboard specials. I had the black pudding, bacon and egg on farmhouse toast. Good selection of cakes and pastries, local ales and ciders by the bottle. Dogs welcome.

Great service, friendly staff and dog friendly. The food here is outstanding and they do not scrimp on the portion sizes. I haven't made it to desert yet on the occasions I've been but I know I'll definitely be going back. All covid rules adhered to here . Cannot recommend this place enough.

Visited on 23rd June, a beautiful warm and sunny day. Sat in the garden and had lunch. Great service, tasty food and a cold beer, a great lunch. Dog friendly as well, what more could one ask for. Thank you.

Lovely spending time here with friends and chatting to staff and other customers. Great view from the window.I did not explore the Art Gallery, just popped in for a Chai Latte followed by a Neal with friends.Lovely fresh meal with big portions, medium ££. Free water carafe and glasses on a sideboard.Accessibility - good, parking for disabled near by and loo for the disabled on the ground floor in the main building.Good and Drinks - good range for carnies and veggies, they also knew their ingredients for vegans. My friend does not like poached eggs and asked for it to be left off, they asked if she was vegan (no) as there was cheese in the chickpea fritter. Well impressed.Car Park - we used a free car park in the town. There is free parking for disabled at the Charge.Dogs - welcome d, I saw one staff member giving treats to one dog.Toilets - in the main building managed by the Wharfe and not the restaurant. The emergency alarm cord in the disabled loo was too far back and did not reach the floor, one of the staff said they'd report it to the Wharfe management.mWifi - free and no handing your email and details over!
