Marks and Spencer in South Somerset

I Got to say I am new to shopping at M&S and I think the Yeovil store is a Chilled quiet place to shop. Lovely Friendly staff with lots of choices and available stock.

Downstairs there is a great selection of food and drink, and upstairs the clothes selection is great and they have sizes to suit a wide range of people. Very friendly and kind service.

A great sized store selling a wide range of clothing & footwear for the whole family, there is also a food hall downstairs plus a spacious cafe upstairs selling a variety of sandwiches, delicious cakes as well as hot & cold beverages, I purchased several pairs of jeans whilst shopping in-store & the lady that served me was polite & very respectful towards me

I absolutely love shopping here. I'm rarely in Yeovil but would do the weekly shop here if I lived closer. Everything they sell in the downstairs bit is brilliant. I had some kind of cake there once and it was delicious.

Beside the actual store which is fine the cafe is different to point of disappointment.The service is great and the staff cleaning up was very attentive, the tea cup we was given was a general for both coffee and tea and rather large which meant that the tea cooled down to quick, I know it was busy but when our teacakes can't out they wasn't really warm enough and hardly melted the butter (unlike the picture that was on the counter)... Ooh well

Excellent. Went in to buy a smart overcoat for upcoming funeral. Found exactly what I was looking for within minutes of entering menswear dept. A perfect fit. A tad more money than I thought but I am still very pleased. I noticed some excellent quality formal shirts in a twin pack which I also purchased...£30 for two good quality shirts!

Honestly some of the best staff in the food hall and really helpful bunch especially tom he really helped me find where the potatoes were as i was making a stew for my nephews kids. I then asked him where all the discounted goods were and he told me to come back at 4ish and he will show me where they are. If anything this young lads needs a pay raise as he really goes out his way for customer satisfaction and puts a smile on an old boys face

The ladies in the bra department really know there stuff. Not only help check measurements but they can find a bra that fits and comfy too suit anyone. They even helped me try them on due to me being disabled. Definitely recommend.

Had lunch in cafe was very nice but the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon looked nothing like what was delivered ! It was a more do it yourself version of butter and your own toast, put your own scrambled eggs on top and then delicately place the smoked salmon on top from the plonked lot on a plate!Having said that it did taste lovely.Hubby's all day breakfast on the other hand was placed lovingly on his plate !!

We went to M&S looking for a pair of slippers for my husband. They had plenty to choose from, some very expensive! However, on the other side of the aisle were cheaper, not cheap ones, but in the price range of the majority of people. There we found the perfect pair! Service was excellent so all in all a very worthwhile trip.I sincerely hope M&S never close as there would be so few decent shops left in Yeovil which is almost dead nowadays!!
