McDonald's in South Somerset

Positives:Food came at average speed, although very busy.Nice and Hot!Staff were nice.Negatives:It was about 6pm on a Monday and the Toilets were disgusting!! Floors were covered in wet, toilet roll out and bins overflowing..... Doesn't give a good impression as to the hygiene of the staff and kitchen when toilets are grubby!

Eternally grateful to the staff and customers at this Mcdonald's that my laptop stayed safely on the table plugged in where I forgot it - after rushing out with bothy kids in tow - for over 5 hours. I run my entire business from it and would not have been able to replace it had anything happened. Faith restored 🙏

Get exactly what you expect here. There is not much parking here for the amount of guests that visit, hence only 4 starts for this experience. Self-service machines are available and the staff were helpful and polite. Toilets were clean and food was served pretty quickly.

Snuck in for an early morning coffee, on the way past. Grand way to spend an hour with the laptop open. Still can't get used to the touch screen ordering system. Don't understand why, as there was several staff around. All very clean and tidy. Power washing going on outside. The lady with the short hair and big smile is the glue that keeps it all together. Well done you 😀☘️

We ordered a barbecue chicken wrap (for my 6 year old brother) and we’re given a spicy vegetarian one instead witch obviously a 6 year old would not enjoy, not only that but we particularly asked for sauce with our meals, we had to pull up and wait for our food and they had given us no sauce at all. Very dissatisfied with this drive through and won’t be using it again!!!

Very disappointed, the idea that you can go to all Mcdonald restaurants and get the same hot food is in my experience rubbish.The trouble with driving through is your already driving away when you discover the food is rubbish and you eat it because you can't be bothered to drive miles to the next roundabout and go back. Old cold fries, no bacon in the Grand Big Mac with bacon and the cheese wasn't even melted it was cold and the Spicy burger was so small and not spicy and the tiniest bit of mayonnaise you could put on a burger and say that it actually had mayonnaise on

Very long wait for our friends order. It took around 30m to get food.Also incorrect working times are set on the map. It states 24h, but in fact this is only true for the drive-through. Dine-in avaliable on limited hours only

Ordered on the screens, table service, very quick. There was an older chap going around cleaning all the tables and chairs, sweeping and moping (but not in an annoying way) cleanest I've seen a mcdonalds in ages.

McDonald's is one of the most iconic global provider of fast food. The snacks, chips and additives are very nice.It is suitable for those who are too busy to make their own meals or who fancy something different from their daily home made foods.I especially enjoy the beef burgers and chips. They've also got a wide range of prices that can suit the pockets of s student or a working class person. There are also drinks that you can buy to take with your snacks. If you desire to seat in and eat, then that's also available.

Great service stop-off. Very clean inside the restaurant and staff are very kind and friendly. Food was great - well seasoned fries and served piping hot. Toilets could have been a little better maintained but usable all the same.
