Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Somerset

Usually one of the better McDonald's restaurants! Good service, plenty of parking and always clean and tidy

Mcdonalds is mcdonalds but the vile kids hanging about smoking weed and the spitting on the floor and just generally the yibs hanging about there means my family won't be coming back so as my young children can pock up all there bad language as well. I also feel really sorry for the staff here having to deal with that.

Sparkford advertise they open 24hours but then closes at 10pm on a Friday (25th Feb 22) !!After parking at 9.57pm the only indication was a row of cones across the entrance after we had driven in, not one cone monitor said a single word, front door was locked an no additional signage anywhere. Peculiar management decisions without any consideration for their regular customers, I’m glad I’m not one of them and never will be. Probably will claim staff shortage, a usual post lockdown excuse, but if they paid the staff more they would never be short. Can’t give more than 1*

unfortunately all of our families burgers were still chilled. if we weren't ten miles away driving in the wrong direction, we would have complained.

Maria was very helpful and polite, we enjoyed the human connection, rather than order via a machine, Maria gave us all the info we required.The meal was great, economical and tasty.The restaurant was clean, organised and 🙏 welcoming. Well ✔ done.

My wife went in and was told that the breakfast menu was not available until 11, fair enough but the toilets were terrible apparently. This says just as much about the public as the staff. We drove on a thoroughly enjoyed our meal at a Burger King instead. McDonald's ain't what it was, had a fillet 'o' fish at Plymouth recently and it was very poor.

If you want fast food and fancy a McDonalds this is not the one to visit. Appaling wait time and then received the wrong burger which was not only incorrect but stone cold. The member of staff dealing with my returned burger seemed to think it was my fault and certainly made the process far more difficult than a simple swap should be. All in all an unpleasant experience.

As you would expect a McDonald's to be. We were hoping to eat in as we were on a long drive but they close the restaurant to drive through only later in the evening. They don't currently have the vegan burger which I know not all stores do but they do have a vegan wrap. Drive through got real busy. We were there around 10.30 pm

Great service stop-off. Very clean inside the restaurant and staff are very kind and friendly. Food was great - well seasoned fries and served piping hot. Toilets could have been a little better maintained but usable all the same.

Amongst the best McDonald's we've been to.This restaurant like many others has been updated with the touch screen ordering.We ordered two breakfast meals to eat in and had them brought to our table in around five minutes.All the items were hot, well cooked and tasty. Very enjoyable.Although a bit busy we got a window booth. There's also a decent sized outdoor seating area too.The restaurant was clean and so were the toilets.Parking is fairly good. Only one side long, but a fair few spaces.Many people who go here use the drive through instead. That has two lanes, with a 2.7m height restriction.Service was brisk and things kept moving well.The two staff we spoke to were cheerful and helpful.We'll be very happy to go here again.
