I was in rush so popped in here Instead of making the 3 minute detour to a decent sandwich shop.I appreciate that businesses are struggling at the moment but to put just half a slice of wafer thin ham in your so called sandwich is taking the mick.With people queuing out the doors of the other two options you guys clearly need to rethink your offering.I won’t be shopping with you again.

I find the pastry products really dry. It's almost like they have been rushed and no care taken into them.

My wife's sandwich contained some very tired lettuce, manky cucumber and it looks as if some staff are not using gloves when handling food. Won't be coming here again in a hurry.

The shop windows look so unappealing when I walked past the shop in Dorchester. They had meringues, ginger bread men and nest cakes that look very highly processed. I have had sauages rolls in the Yeovil store and they are very salty. I would really like to support a local business but I'm not wasting my money.
