Friend had a meal, and I had a mocha. He said his pasta was nice. I saw the menu, some are a bit pricey for a bowl, a child's portion. My friend's bowl of pasta, wasn't an adult size, to be fair. He has a good appetite, and was still hungry!

Normally very happy with their food but ordered a lobster taglatelli and at £15, I felt robbed !! Half a lobster with absolutly NO meat at all just an empty shell and a bloody claw.

I placed an order at 05/02/21 8:00pm, they said it will take 30-40 minutes, after an hour I conctacted them and they said the pizza is on its way, then another hour flew by and I still haven’t received my order, it’s been 2 hours and 30 minutes and I don’t have any food. I tried to reach out to them, but they didn’t answered my calls.If they can’t handle the orders don’t take it, and let us know if it will take more than an hour and don’t lie about it.Still haven’t received my money back.-5 stars out of 5.Terrible service

Always amazing food and always amazing service! I will always choose pizza pasta mondo for pizza and pasta dishes, awesome value and always quick and friendly delivery.Ordered tonight and it was early and the delivery man was nice. Highly recommend!!!

Poor quality food. The chicken dish didn't resemble anything I'd ever seen and certainly didn't match the menu description. Lobster dish was rubbery, spag bol was incipid and pizza was ok

Very poor service the family opposite walked out, they had waited 60 minutes for food. Our food arrived my pasta was undercooked. The pizza looked great and presentation was good. The garlic bread arrived in time for dessert so we gave it to the people opposite. The restaurant priorities take away orders not restaurant customers. I feel sorry for the one waiter who was dealing with takeaway orders, delivery drivers, telephone queries, and the restaurant. I'm still hopeful that my tomato sauce will arrive soon.
