Pizza Hut in South Somerset

After being refused in a family-friendly local pub as they were “too busy” me and a friend went to Pizza Hut instead. We were welcomed in, no problem. I have allergies and told the waitress this. She said she would pass onto kitchen staff before I ordered and said if I needed any help with ordering I could ask for help, which was helpful and reassuring. I went to the table to order and found the app pretty confusing. There was no option I could see to order a dairy free pizza. Me and my friend both had a Hawaiian deep pan pizza each. When they came to the table, they were both dairy pizzas! I didn’t realise this till I was about to eat it! Good job I didn’t. I let them know and they instantly got me a new fresh pizza and we could take the other one away in a box with us, my friends kids had it the next day which they were thrilled about! The manager let me have the dairy free pizza free of charge, which was very nice of him. I felt like an idiot for ordering a dairy free pizza when I have serious allergies to dairy and soya protein. The dairy free pizza had hardly any dairy free cheese on and it hadn’t melted much, if at all.Went back about a week later with my boyfriend for his birthday and again they were helpful and said they would help me if I needed any help during ordering when I let them know about my allergies. The waitress offered advice when I was struggling to order a dairy free pizza. I ordered the vegan stuffed crust (im not vegan) as I had no choice to order a dairy free pizza with meat toppings on via the app which was annoying. The pizza was really “cheesy” which was better than I was expecting as most places are stingy when it comes to dairy free cheese as it’s more expensive and also on my last visit it wasn’t great. Will go again, as we really enjoyed the food and the service they provide is good too!

First time in Puzza hut Yeovil town centre. I took my elderly mum and family here recently and was amazed by the pizza size. The whole meal for four people cost just over £65.00. We were all stuffed though and the young man who served us was as friendly and helpful as possible. Plus the salad bar was help yourself so loads of lovely food.I would recommend this place.

I wish I could review the food but I couldn't even get into the place. Greeted by a teenager to be told he wouldn't do a table for 5. I pointed to several empty tables but then got told food orders were taking 45 mins and the kitchen was rammed. I tried to talk to him but he barked at me again he didn't want to take a table of 5. I had to give up before getting angry with him. If they can't cope when a restaurant is half full then no idea what it's like when it is full. I won't be rushing back.

Since a teenager I have been going to Pizza Hut, and the ambiance has drastically changed from the affordable nice meal out to today's feeling of soulless plastic that was just missing a ball pool pit and plastic slide for added tackiness.Menu on the table doesn't match the app that you have to order with - remove the table menu! Menu looked tacky and cheap and selection of puddings very limited in variety.Main meal and side orders arrive at the same time - we incorrectly assumed the side orders were starters which then packed the table out giving you no room to eat.Item missed from one pizza, the manager said he'd refund the extra I'd paid, he didn't. I'm not bothered about the £1.50 but it's the principal that he didn't keep his word.Waited 25 minutes for my dessert as I didn't have the ice-cream like the rest of my family but because you've ordered and paid at the beginning, it seems that Pizza Hut have you over a barrel as they already have your money.Pizza tasted good, waitresses were pleasant!!!

Genuinely the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten, we had it delivered, all the pizzas had the wrong toppings on. So we phone and the manager refunded us. We thought ok fair enough. We sit down to eat and I cannot stress how awful the pizza was, the bottom of the base was saturated so it had the texture of bread thrown in a duck pond. The food was cold even though it had arrived not five minutes before. The toppings were all over the place and we had extra random little bits of topping that had obviously just carelessly been thrown on.I accept defeat with the pizza and try to eat the nachos, I open the box and they are burnt.We ordered a Burger King shortly afterwards.

Imagine not being seated because you have a pushchair. Then they’re not discriminating because you have a pushchair but they can’t serve/seat you because they’re short staffed. Waitress then went to get the manager who’s eyes darted about thinking up the brilliant excuse of every table that wasn’t a booth table was booked out for a big party they had coming in!! Went to the beefeater instead and walked back past an hour or so later, all tables basically empty and no big party!! Surprise surprise!! 😂

In a word, disappointing. We sat down at our table and had to order our food online. A difficult system requiring assistance from the waitress and a manager several times. When the food arrived it was not what we had ordered due to ingredient shortages, apparently there is a shortage of jalapeños....which is solved by adding more chicken!...left disappointed. Pizza hut used to be a treat for us!

SO bad!A very disappointing visit, with two very excited children's expectations destroyed.Salad bar needed not only a good replenish, but clean too. So whilst it may be 'free' you couldn't have paid me to eat from it, an absolute disgrace stale food, dirty utensils, wilting salad +++.Service was very poor, infact the table next to us left before ordering due to it.Pizzas were very sparse of any toppings including cheese, which at the price is a very poor effort from a leading chain.Asked for straws 3 times before finally being given any.Very disappointing, on a busy day I'd understand some if the issues but we were one of 5 tables.Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Everything was fine until I ordered dessert. We waited 30 minutes, asked about the order and uber eats etc type orders was blamed for kitchen being very busy. Waited 10 more minutes then left (has used the online ordering and paid already) Clearly the dine in customers are a burden for them and deliveries prioritised.
