Prezzo Italian old sarum house in South Somerset

I had lunch here today with my friend. I ordered a chicken burger and my friend ordered the mushroom tagliatelle. The meals arrived extremely quickly. My friend started to eat her meal but suddenly realised that the tagliatelle had chicken in it! A huge problem for a vegetarian! We called the waitress over who apologised and took the meal away. 5 minutes or so later, a replacement meal was brought to the table for her. Although mistakes can happen, we felt that the apology was half hearted and were shocked to be charged full price at the end as well as being asked to give a tip!! We felt rushed during the meal and had barely put our cutlery down before our plates were whisked away and dessert was offered. Not a great experience.

Poor service, stroppy waitress, no check back on the table, we've have to ask for our maincourse to come , food was very good ... But didn't enjoy our venue ... Won't come back

Good location. Food is just fine. Staff wasn't much friendly to us, probably they were too busy to be kind.

Great bowl of pasta and washed down with lovely Malbec served by friendly staff, but please, don't serve icecream in its original tub to save on washing up...... I had to turn it onto the plate ( see photo ) as the spoon supplied was also a size too big.

Received a very warm welcome and asked if any allergies....my Granddaughter who is Coeliac was catered for ( no problem ...) we both enjoyed a very tasty meal ...staff professional who delivered our meal to table ...and plenty of smiles ....this is the first meal my Granddaughter and I have had since Covid began ....felt so comfortable and safe because of her allergies....THANK YOU ...Prezzo ...we definitely will be returning

I had my dinner with my office colleagues and the place was lovely. Very friendly staff and not too bad for the price. They also give voucher in email for a bottle of free prosecco. Just check with them before ordering as there are complex terms and conditions though so that you can't use two or more offers.

Yes it is a chain restaurant but as others have noticed this one in Clark’s Village delivers a better experience than most of the other Prezzo’s I have eaten in.The food is well presented and always comes out hot, the staff are friendly and attentive and the restaurant is kept clean and tidy.I do like to be able to see the kitchen in action and also there looks to be feedback to the chefs as they can see you get your food and if you enjoy!Tip - try the Afforgato for your dessert, if you don’t know what it is go and try it out!

Very enjoyable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was inexpensive and was hot and tasty...delish! :)They were very attentive to our little girl and changed her pepperoni for a less spicy one and when she asked for chocolate sauce on her ice cream were very obliging, nothin was too much for them, would recommend

Always have a great meal here wherever I am in the country! Beware it shuts at 22:00, I guess that’s normal in england.. living in spain we can go for dinner any time we want however late we want! But Incase anyone didn’t know!
