Took my 81 year old mum for an early Mother's day lunch. Highly recommend this beautiful little tea shop. Really relaxed atmosphere and the food was amazing. The only downside was after eating the delicious savory cheese scones we had no room for pudding. But a perfect excuse for another visit!

We have visited here several times now.Mainly due to the very friendly welcome you get . Then the wonderful food available. All done by Katy. We have never been rushed to finish. The price for the experience is fantastic. All in all if you want a truly relaxing time with great food and don’t worry about your waistline. Visit here.

Lovely little Tea shop, have just enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea, while browsing through shelves of books (my two favourite things), we will most definitely return,

Friendly and welcoming little teashop in a picturesque tiny village. Lovingly handmade cakes, scones and quiches, with local produce from the nearby Tinker's Bubble ethical community. Excellent lunches including daily specials such as ploughman's, daal, soup and sandwiches. Wide range of tea options from Bird and Blend.Coffee is a little unremarkable, otherwise outstanding and recommended.Dog friendly.Unisex toilets.Honesty box bookshop.Access: two old steps at the front of the building, level otherwise. Smooth floor.Recommended for: tea lovers, cake eaters, light lunchers, good dogs, walkers and locals. Not recommended for: coffee snobs, grumpy people, sofa dwellers, those requiring a ramped entrance

What a great little find this was. Just a short distance off the A303. Fresh homemade scones for our cream tea. Friendly service. I think I’ll keep this a secret! 😉

Popped in for some lunch on a long distance bike ride to Devon from East Dorset. We both had the scotch egg ploughman's which were delicious. Really glad we stopped here- really friendly service and a very cute place to eat.

Lovely quiet genuine tea rooms. Faultless cream tea in a pot with old school mixed cups and plates. Buy a book while you are here and enjoy your visit....if you don't like this tea room you don't like cream tea and what kind of a person is that!?
