Spice villa is the best curry house in Chard.

Spent £59 on food tonight and absolutely tasteless complete waste of money

For a valentine's meal, I was expecting a good meal for me and my girlfriend, however the food came out warm, not hot. Also after the meal we both now have food poisoning.Night was good, the morning thou wasn't.

Had overcooked prawns in a Madras which was not very spicy.Overall very disappointed as I love Indian food.

Always order food here because it's it wonderful. Unfortunately this last time we were quoted a 45-60 mins wait for food to collect, which was no problem. However upon arriving and paying, we were waiting outside for a further 35 mins (arrived at the 45 min mark) before it was communicated to us that our take away would be at least another 5 mins! A total of 100 minutes passed between placing the order and receiving it! While I understand that it was an unexpectedly busy night in the restaurant, the purpose of ordering ahead is that your food will be ready within a reasonable window of you arriving to pick it up! Straight up shameful

Very tasty Indian right on Chard high street. Well presented and moorish, flavoursome curries and side dishes, tender well-cooked meat, fluffy chewy naans.. We had king prawn masala, chicken jalfrezi, mixed starter, naan popadoms etc. all really good - blew our other recent Indian meals out the water.

On a location reccy for a week whilst we're planning to move to Somerset, so booked on the strength of some good reviews, very average food, overpriced( and we're from Essex) small portions, certainly wouldn't bother again!! obviously Somerset isn't used to a decent curry yet, we'll keep on looking once we've relocated
