Always been happy with the food and service at sugar cane Yeovil, but very disappointed to hear my £17 order no longer qualifies for free prawn crackers, you now need to spend over £20 for free prawn crackers, I think this is a mistake and comes across as penny pinching

The amount of salt they put on this food you’d swear the chef thinks we alcoholics . It’s so salty you can’t even ignore it, just wasted my money.

I ordered a take away in good time to be delivered at 7.30. It had still not arrived at 8.10pm and all I received were excuses and untruths. Shocking and totally ruined our birthday celebrations. Appalling service. Sadly I can’t leave a zero star rating.

Awful takeaway. Cost me £40 and was so dry it was difficult to eat. Will never go back.

They packed up their bags and left the restaurant for the night before the actual closing time. I placed an order on just eat and no one was there to accept it. I'm quite stressed as I have no dinner and all the shops are shut and I do not drive. Considering this was the only restaurant open to deliver at the time it would be best to actually be taking orders when you are open on just eat as there are no other options and I am so hungry :(

First time trying this Chinese, it was absolutely beautiful 👌 Great meat in all dishes (super fussy when it comes to meat) . We ordered S&S CK balls - the batter was so light and tasty and all was breast meat. Satay sauce was amazing , real peanuts, very authentic. Such a relief to find somewhere so nice after a few bad experiences in the area. Definitely recommend trying !!

Yum yum, having not been well I decided to be lazy and order take away, I chose The Sugar Cane as I know the owners and they have always served good food in all of the previous business premises they have owned.I ordered, sweet and sour chicken balls, crispy lamb in garlic sauce(delicious), and chicken curry which came with boiled rice, all delivered to my door by a man with a smile, the food was hot and delicious, I highly recommend!!😁😁😁

Went for a meal at this restaurant and it was a shambles! Very poor.Staff didn't know that pancakes are served with crispy duck.Staff had to be told that sweet and sour sauce comes with won tons.No one knew Sake is served hot.The food was average takeaway fare, not very expensive though.Wont be going back until someone else takes over.
