Booked the conservatory for a 30th birthday last night. We were allowed to go in earlier & decorate it. At least 30 people ordered food (at pretty much the same time) so there was a little wait for food as expected! (Not longer than an hour) but staff were so helpful & kept us updated on food times! Had one meal that wasn’t right but staff were super helpful & refunded it. Had the room all evening so wasn’t rushed to get out by a certain time so we could take our decs down! We’ll definitely be back again, thank you!

Me and my fiancé booked a table for 7pm, 3 hours prior we got a call to ask if we were participating in the bingo (we were not) the staff kindly made an arrangement to seat us out the way of the bingo, we got put into a conservatory type room(which was amazing) and by the time we had started eating the room was empty and we had the room to ourselves for the whole time we were there, the staff were really nice, they used excellent customer service skills and we will definitely be returning

Football pub 5 mins from Yeovil stadium. Went with torquay supporters and when pub filled with Yeovil fans a very competitive but friendly atmosphere developed with singing and chanting but no hint of aggression. Well managed by the on-the-ball staff. Spend a great few hours there pre match. Food good too.

Once again, myself and the other half came to the arrow for a Sunday carvery. The food was lovely and had a great selection of fresh vegetables and a 3 meat selection, all carved freshly in front of you .The vegetables are seasonal and fresh .The roast potatoes and all the trimmings are delightful.Cauliflower cheese a must for myself .I can't praise the carvery high enough .2 price bands both very competive .Lovely will visit again .Book early to avoid disappointment. My other half enjoying her food.

Came for a carvery with my husband and our young son. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The carvery was exceptional and very tasty. I personally loved the dauphinoise potatoes. The staff were very understanding about my son making so much mess and nothing seemed a problem for them. We cannot wait for our next visit.

Booked a table outside as we were taking my Mother in Law out from her nursing home for the first time in 18 months. On arrival we were met by Sarah who couldn't have been more helpful. A really great experience. Thank you.
