Lovely room, nice breakfast, good service.

The room was amazing, quiet, warm, large with ensuite with a corner bath, lovely hot water really comfy bed, plates and cutlery for delivery of takeaway. Breakfast was great and also big bonus it's delivered to your room. Clean and sanitized. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again .

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was impeccably clean, comfy bed and big bathroom. We had a couple meals and breakfast, very scrumptious, served either on our little terrace or in the room. Carol and her husband were very friendly, attentive and always there to help. Would stay there again.

A relaxing and welcoming stay, the accommodation was very clean, quiet and the bed comfy. We had dinner there a couple of nights; the food was great especially the veggie dishes. A great location to use as a base to explore from.

I would like to say a big thank you for accepting my booking at such short notice, I had everything I needed, the accommodation was lovely and breakfast also very good. I wish I could have stayed longer and hope to book again in the future.

Have stayed here twice, both times very pleased with the room which was spacious and clean with everything you would need for an overnight stay. I missed out on breakfast the second visit which was sad because not only was the food extremely good but the service was friendly and i noted that not only were my requests for a slightly different breakfast to what was offered no trouble at all for the kitchen but other diners requests treated with same cheerfulness as well, All in all i will return as soon as I go in their direction again .

You can't fault the Golden Fleece. As great service,food and atmosphere was outstanding. Very friendly atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble. The food was of the highest standard and it was too easy to have eyes bigger than your belly as choice was overwhelming. Breakfast rounded off a superior stay. The room I stayed in was of a gite style. Very nice indeed. Well done

Excellent accommodation and comfortable bed. Great extras including hot chocolate n biscuits. Haven't tried the breakfast yet but if its anything like the dinner I have just had then it will be just as tasty. Belly pork with honey and mustard sauce.
