We held a celebration of my mother's life at The Preston Hotel. Meg & her team were wonderful, helpful & caring. The food was delicious & plentiful, served by friendly staff. There was no rush, we were made to feel welcome. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel with clean and modern rooms. The staff were very helpful when we couldn't check in at the normal time. Breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Really good hotel. Open later (4.30pm) for booking in than normal and my room had a few worn edges, but very nice, great staff. Reccomend.

Meg and Deep were helpful, kind and friendly. The rooms were clean, very good hygiene, comfortable and spacious.We booked for 16 people and it was well organised by the hotel.We had good dinner and drinks for reasonable cost.We are happy to recommend the hotel.

This place should be on a blacklist. We had asked for early check-in one week in advance with no reply, followed by phone calls, a further email and Facebook message which equally went unanswered. We arrived at 13.30 looking to check-in early as we had a wedding to rush to. The manager said that a check-in before 16:30 was out of the question (the wedding reception was starting at 3:30). They didn’t accept to keep our suitcases or let us use the common spaces to change and get ready. My husband had to get changed outside of the hotel - that’s how unaccomodating they were. The manager proceeded to yelling at us ´I am tired of this. This happens all the time - people always come asking to check-in early and I simply won’t accept it’. Seems like there is a genuine problem if that’s the case! (By the way we even offered to pay extra). Long story short, after 2 hours of waiting outside - they let us into our room. Worst hospitality experience ever.
