"A pretty village pub set in the heart of the Somerset levels and a short drive away from the A303 and the M5. The building dates back to the 15th century and the interior is cosy and inviting with flagstone floors and quirky touches. Based on the Spanish tapas concept, Chef Landlord, Scott Forte has designed a selection of tasty dishes from around the world using seasonal, locally sourced produce. Dishes are designed to be shared and are served as they are ready. Walk🚶🏼‍♂️🚶‍♀️cycle 🚴, drive 🚙 or canoe 🚣to us along the River Parrett. However you get here, you’ll be sure to receive a warm welcome and find top quality food, ale and great local cider. Please call to book your table 01935 823 239 even if you’re only coming in for a drink!"

A lovely, friendly pub with wonderful outside space. We loved the Friday cocktail menu, and the cocktail barman was great. The food was delicious and really reasonable. It's also set in a very pretty village. Would definitely visit again.

Nice country pub, friendly atmosphere, good food and good local ales and ciders.

Good range of cask beers and a very fine local Parrett Cider. Good food too

Spent a weekend in Martock and went to The Wyndham Arms for Sunday lunch. Lovely country pub, very welcoming and the Sunday roasts were excellent. Very good choice of meats with details of where they had been sourced. Served piping hot with an extremely good choice of vegetables. All very well presented, very tasty and amazing value for money. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.

If you owned a time machine this pub would be well worth visiting, but unfortunately the pub was bought by people who have successfully ruined all of the charm. You cannot even rely on it being open, as so much of the old custom has been driven away that some nights you can find they have closed by 9:30pm.The beers are not kept as well as the previous landlord managed, the food is overpriced and average at best. The owners, when they are there appear disinterested and are certainly not exactly amiable publican types. There are WAY better pubs nearby that are FAR more deserving of your time and money than this one. Such a shame though as historically this was one of the best.

Recommended from Thorney Lakes Caravan and camping. Was a lovely end to a stormy weekend. Quiet when we arrived but gradually it filled up. A nice calm and casual service and food was exceptionally tasty. A choice of Beef and Pork Roast and both were cooked brilliantly. Banoffee pies and coffee to round off a very satisfying meal.

This is constantly the friendliest pub I have ever visited and I've visited quite a few 🙂It's a perfect mix of traditional village pub with great Beers & Ciders and a cosy restaurant with a broad selection of food.Well worth a visit

Great pub, with friendly staff. Especially the landlord who has a great (but I usual!) sense of humour!! The locals and regulars are also nice. Open fire, darts, pub games with a covered seating and large uncovered garden (great for kids in the day).I like going for local walks. I drive to Kingsbury and Episcopi (or when I stay there) and the Wyndham arms is a good place to finish up.They also have live bands which is big bonus in the area. No complaints here.

Used this pub for 14 years. New management introduced new menu since our last visit. Overpriced, not much choice of true pub grub. Didn’t have a decent selection of real ales, unlike last time. Serve only one type of steak - expensive. I have food intolerances and was unsure what I could eat on the new menu. We left not eating or drinking anything. If this menu remains the same, will not go there again.

The pub is a local pub which welcomes visitors, and you will find all sorts of characters friendly people. The food is freshly prepared on site and uses very local ingredients.I love the roast on a Sunday but you need to get in early.
