Only had a couple of times and think so far it's very good, bit pricey but I guess being only chippy you can get away with it

Stayed locally ,and had food from here twice. Both times the fish and chips were excellent.

I read on reviews that this place wasn't good, soggy chips etc etc. But when you're desperate, you're going to eat, aren't you. The poor reviews are true, you're better off starving, or going elsewhere. A shame, as the staff were friendly enough.

A lovely local fish and chip shop in the heart of historic Somerton. There are several routes to get to Somerton. The fish and chips are first rate. They sell all the usual favourites .Some items have to be cooked to order .

Probably one of if not the worst chippy burger I've eaten, was extremely reminiscent of a school dinner burger. And the cod made my other half unwell too.All in all a thoroughly unpleasant experience , don't do it folks π

Quick service but terrible food. Batter on fish was thick, soggy and undercooked, the chips were hard in the middle, ie undercooked. Very disappointed, will not use again.

The best chippy I've ever been to, will drive back there to use them. Everything is amazing. My parents even went there 30 years ago and it was the best then and the standards have stayed top all this time.I went to the top rated chippy in the country one year and I had fish and chips from Rick Steins place in Padstow another time and I think Tony's tastes better than both. Top notch.

Lovely chunky cod and crispy batter. I'm not usually keen on chips, but I like them from Tony's.

Very friendly staff. I had chips, roe and curry sauce, the meal itself was very nice, did have some chips that had black spots on them towards the bottom that should of been discarded like most chippies do but overall the chips were nice. The roe itself was quite nice and the curry sauce was alright.

This is the stop we like when we're heading over to our daughter, it's usually busy but the service is good and you won't be hanging around for long.A good menu to satisfy most, plenty of chips come with the order so you have to loosen the belt by the time you finish.A friendly place to come but not on a Monday as there shut βΉοΈ. Plus you can pay with your contactless card.
