Berry Blue Bistro in Stroud

Was at a marquee event catered by Berry Blue this weekend. The food was to die for and the staff were really great despite the rain pouring down on them. Couldn’t recommend it more

Outstanding food and service. They catered at a 50th birthday celebration I attended and the food was incredible even though the Chefs had to bring in a remote kitchen. Waiters and Waitress's were incredibly attentive and helpful even in the pouring rain. They did everything to make it a special day and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Berry Blue catered our wedding at Eastington Park on 8th April 2022. Whilst we had to do a fair amount of chasing to set up an initial tasting in 2021 because of COVID, when this did happen, Berry Blue’s food was delicious. We had a lovely tasting experience, which led to us selecting a choice menu for our c.150 guests. On the day, the food was fantastic. Our guests really appreciated the choices and we had compliments on how delicious the food was. Even our evening food of a Mac & Cheese station and Pizza station got a load of compliments – both for the taste but also for the experience.Our only slight criticism is that in the run-up to our wedding, Berry Blue could have been clearer about the format and level of detail they needed in terms of the table plan. They only confirmed in late February (just before the final payment was due) that they needed each guest’s table, their exact position on that table, their individual food choices and dietary requirements). Fortunately, we had largely anticipated this and were able to send this across in time, but had we not done so, we would have struggled to meet Berry Blue’s other timings in the run-up to the wedding. That said, the results on the day were amazing and Katie was integral to ensuring that things ran smoothly – which, given our guest numbers – was no mean feat!Thanks Berry Blue for being a part of our special day!

We had our wedding at Eastington Park last week and Berry Blue are their caterers which you have to use - luckily, they happen to be fantastic. Louise and her team were really great throughout and when we went for our tasting last November, we were so impressed and couldn't wait for our guests to try it all too. They have a fantastic menu to choose from, with something for everyone and all wedding and event styles.Within the last couple of days before the wedding I had to make some changes due to guest issues, and they could not have been more understanding or accommodating, which was just so lovely and helped me not to get too stressed out by it all.On the day Alison looked after us and she was just wonderful. Alison was so attentive and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything and couldn't have done more to ensure we were well looked after and all was as we'd hoped. The servers were all really lovely and professional and we and our guests were all really pleased with them and of course, the delicious food that their very talented chefs cooked up for us.Thank you all at Berry Blue for helping to make our day as memorable as it is.

We had Berry Blue at Eastington Park on 10th April 22.To say the food was amazing is an understatement, the chefs are insane! Me and my husband have both said how we really wish they had a restaurant or an option to go back to have your menu again a year later and again and again as it was so so good.Absolutely everyone said how much they loved the food and how they cannot stop thinking about it especially the marshmallow that came with the brownie.The staff at Berry Blue were just so so amazing, I didn't get his name but there was a male waiter in particular who was so funny and was great with everyone making little jokes. The lady running the evening and who introduced us was so so lovely and she looked after us so thank you for making our day run at ease. It was so lovely to meet the chef's at the end and get to clap them for the food as it was truly the best meal I have EVER had!Thank you so so much for everything and making our day so special!

Wedding Date: 25/03/2022.BerryBlue provided the catering at our wedding at Eastington Park. From start to finish they have been fantastic. Their communication is brilliant and the staff are all really friendly and nothing was too much hassle.The food is just something else, completely blown away with the presentation and the taste is phenomenal. Our guests commented on how amazing the food tasted and the portion sizes were just right.We had canapés served as well and they were a nice little touch and tasted amazing. I’m glad we went for this as it was a good little filler whilst we were having photos taken.In the evening we had the food stations and they went down an treat and everyone was so impressed with the service.The service at the wedding breakfast was brilliant and our waiters were friendly and we were able to have a great laugh with them.Thank you again for making such an impact on our day.

We got married at Eastington Park last Saturday (5th Feb). The food was absolutely amazing, all the guests were raving about it and the service was quick and consistent throughout. Our catering manager Alison was so friendly, helpful and on hand throughout the day (as well as in the lead up to the wedding). Couldn’t recommend more highly - thank you for playing such a key part in our special day!

Berry Blue catered our October 2021 wedding, the quality of the food was amazing and we had very happy guests.Katie was absolutely wonderful in the last bit of planning and on the day.They were brilliant with catering for our guest's dietary requirements, including some odd ones!Louise was also incredibly helpful and very lovely on the times we spoke with her.The communication was a bit difficult during the early stages and we were given some conflicting information between speaking to people at wedding fairs and asking questions via email. It was also a little haphazard following our postponement due to the pandemic, but this is fairly understandable.Sadly we didn't get to have a tasting, presumably due to the pandemic, but they were kind enough to give us a discount to reflect this.All in all everything fell into place perfectly, Katie was absolutely wonderful and the food was incredible.

We moved our wedding from May to October 2021 at Eastington Park and we were impressed with the communication from Berry Blue throughout. We enjoyed the taster evening in particular and on the big day itself we had many comments on how tasty (and good sized portions) the food was! Katie was there on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly and we had an amazing day with good food which is often a big part of that when it comes to getting lots of people together so thank you :) Beth and Stu

Absolutely amazing team and fantastic food. Katie was fantastic, super helpful, responsive and incredibly organised. We were so happy with the service and food on our wedding day, highly recommend!
