Awful experience in the cafe with exceptionally rude members of staff.Paid £3.45 for a very small, frozen piece of gluten free brownie. When questioned about the state of the brownie provided, was told they would just microwave it and that gluten free food is more expensive - thank you for schooling the parent of a child with coeliac disease on the pricing of gluten free food by the way!Had 6 members of staff giving me all sorts of disgusted looks while I asked for a refund for the "brownie", baring in mind that I had already spent £33 on food and drink alongside this.Yes! I will always stand up for a child who cannot help having coeliac disease ( not a fad diet!) so when he is older, he does not feel he has to just accept rudeness and dire quality food given to him. First and last visit to this establishment.

Nice place for all sorts of garden essentials, but they should really get the heating fixed, it was colder inside the shop than outside in the horticulture department. I sat in the cafe with icicles on my nose.To The British Garden Centre, who own the shop, get your hand on your pocket and sort out the heating, you are losing customers.Heating fixed now.

Very quick service, but the chips are as if they have been re heated and burger taste like s#@t. Will never eat there or recommend again .

We regularly go to this garden centre which now is so much better and cheaper than when it was part of the Wyvale group. They offer a vast range of quality gifts, plants, pots etc and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. The cafe that is attached to the garden centre, always offers amazing fresh food from its extensive menu and we tried the Carvery yesterday which was very tasty.

Heating been broken down at this establishment for weeks !!! went before Christmas went 2weeks after Christmas , still no heating indoors anywhere .... Like a fridge!Served by a miserable lady at the till. A smile to the customer does actually help !! Where do you get these people from ??? I could do a better job at customer face to face dealings and know nothing about garden centres !!Attempeted to buy a birthday card . Pricing code was confusing ANDinaccurate. When the person at the till was confronted on this pointall I got was a glum , dumb stare back , and after asking again why cards were incorrectly and misleadingly price , was just snapped at it wasnt the garden centres fault. Its down to the card company who supply the garden centre. Dha !! Needless to say , I left the card at the till and left.Come on bosses at Bressingham get your act together if you are expecting customers to return

I found the garden centre quite disappointing and it had a run down feel about it, while it was a cold, dark and wet December morning it wasn't the only reason it felt that way. The cafe didn't help as the food wasn't inspiring, I had a mince pie served very cold with spray cream. I didn't visit the gardens or steam engines so can't comment on them but they are supposed to be worth a visit.

First time visit here but not disappointed one of the larger garden centres around the area. It has a very good Christmas section and we also used the restaurant for something to eat which was very nice and reasonably priced. My only negative point that stopped me giving 5 stars was that the restaurant was so cold.

Well worth a visit Do go on the garden tour Wednesday's when they are on. This venue gets very busy so do go early. Covid restrictions adhered to at entrance. A very interesting visit as the tour enlightened us on the design of the gardens and its history which had evolved through the bloom generations Willcertainly visit again.

Great little museum with something for everyone, enjoyed yjr dad's army part and the gallopers

Its reasonably high cost to get in but well worth every penny. All rides and exhibits are free inside and unlimited rides on everything (limited to 3 rides on the excellent and well preserved 120yr old carousel). The exhibits are wonderful and the gardens are so beautiful. The food at the café was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were lovely too. Enthusiastic and engaging. We spent all day there with a baby and 3yr old and everyone had a wonderful day. Highly recommended.
