Burger King in Stroud

A fairly average BK branch. Clearly been here a while but feels well developed. Longer wait on food during the peak time, but again, expected. Nothing special about the food, was a bit haphazard to eat here as fillings didn't feel placed equally. Still, would come back, maybe during a quieter time.

No communication between staff and lack of management leading to poor service and long waits getting food. Food was hot at the bottom where it had been sat on the tray waiting under the heat light. Would rather spend money elsewhere. Honesty get better service at McDonald’s at a lower cost

Wouldn't even give this 1 star was overcharged 1.00 just for cheese was met with a frosty woman.the burgers were cold and disgusting!!did get money back but besides the point!! Won't be returning. The new one on Bristol Road was great the other day

Poor service none of the self serve was working food was sat under the heat lamp for over 10 mins none of the staff was communicating with each other poor management they cared more about the drive thru and just eat more over normal orders will not be eatting there again

Charlotte is a member of staff I hope that the Management Recognise as a Valuable Member of the Team! Very caring indeed and was so helpful to me and my family with a disabled child. Assisted throughout and made it very enjoyable. I highly recommend she gets recognition for her employment with Burger King Peel Centre. X Zoe

What a faff. Took three kids along for dinner. They all like their stuff with different sauces.Got one of them hopelessly wrong. Also weren't able to offer mayo on the side for my youngest to have with fries (all she eats here really) EVEN THOUGH they can put mayo in the burgers! Bizarre and really annoying. Staff didn't seem bothered that things weren't great, no apology for anything. A shame.

Food was nice, fresh.Bit of a strange experience when ordering/collecting food.Hot chocolate was on the drive through menu and we were told they've never sold it, and we asked for bbq sauce (we ordered 3 meals) and were given one little tub to share which was a bit odd.I did appreciate they put the vegetarian meal in a separate bag

Usually love Burger King, but this visit was a bit lack-lustre, despite the best efforts of the staff. The tables and even the trays are pretty small, and when seated at a table designed for 4, our party of 3 struggled to keep food on the table. Truth be told, I usually get drive-through, so seating is not an issue. Also, a first was my choice of coffee as my drink. I couldn't in all conscience call whatever was sold me coffee, it was flavourless and I through it in the bin in the car park. There were only around 3 other people in the restaurant, but as it is mid-week, maybe that is usual.

Absolutely awful! Burger is nothing like the picture, missed my coffee, milkshake machine not working, and the bean burger meal does not include chips!

I can't believe how dirty the place was. One lad walking about in a dream attempting to clean tables, wiped most of it on the floor and left it there. Didn't get a photo of the dust and grime on the railings and the staff just didn't seem to care. I will not be going back !!! Which is a shame as it was a nice quick snack after a bit of shopping. NOT IMPRESSED BK sort yourself out 🤤
