Cafe max in Stroud

Visited this cafe with the walking group yesterday for first time in 3 years , after a very warm days walk around Stroud needed drinks and food and can highly recommend this cafe , all the group were happy with their orders and the service ,I had the home made cottage pie with veg and gravy plus Ice cream and a milkshake ,very impressed with the quality of food so would choose this cafe every time I visited Stroud

The Max lives up to its reputation for great food at good prices. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Meal was cooked and served quickly and very hot together with the finest coffee I have had in a long time. Can honestly recommend to anyone needing to fill that gap.

Really nice cafe. Booth style seats. Feels a bit American. Menu has lots of choice. Staff were brilliant. Food very very good.

Excellent food, service & value for money!

we usually pop in for a coffee while waiting to catch a train. It is very clean, the staff are friendly, the coffee is great. When we look around at the quantity of food served for the prices charged it appears to be great value for money. High recommended.

Great place if you're after breakfast or a burger!! The waitresses in there are all super nice! Will definitely visit again
