Fat Toni's in Stroud

Pre-ordered two 20" pizzas for my daughters' birthday party at 8 last night. After several phone calls one 20" pizza & one 12" pizza arrived at 9 o'clock (by which time my daughters' friends had found other things to eat). The driver said he was aware of the mistake and a replacement pizza was being made. When this arrived it was so salty as to be inedible. As the first two pizzas were fine (albeit an hour late), I can only think this pizza was deliberately spoiled because we were annoying them. We've ordered Fat Toni's before and have always had a good experience. After last night I don't think we'll be using them again.

Very good pizzas, would recommend. I imagine that the negative reviews are mostly people who got theirs orders delivered late, which I can't comment on as I collect it.

Twice now we have ordered and the delivery has been over 30 minutes late. The first time was over two hours late and allegedly they lost our order somewhere between them and us. The second time no excuses given. Fat Toni's have lost a customer as we won't wait for our food a third time.

Brilliant pizza really tasty and great choice for sharing a 20 inch especially doing a 3-way ot 4-way. Shame when they can't find your house in the past though. Defiantly recommend getting their brownies along with your pizza as they are perfect rich and gooyeyness.

Have been waiting nearly two hours and pizza still hasn’t arrived. Was told when ordering it would be 50 minutes. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I had previously down voted FT for poor e-commerce and customer service by phone. But, it transpires I can't shake the habit. Best pizza by far in the UK. You do pay more than elsewhere but I've never had a pizza where I enjoy every bit, down to the sourdough crust and gelato. It's just good food!

Love Fat Toni's, best pizza going! We ordered large pizzas for our small wedding evening food, I myself am vegan and loved mine, and the gluten free version went down well with our guest too.

Ordered a pizza from here as we was staying away and couldn’t get anything else delivered from the area. Although they stated it would be a hour and half wait they came earlier than expected which was good all the pizza were very tasty and I loved the garlic and herb sauce! Can’t fault the quality just very annoyed they literally forgot a whole garlic pizza bread, I couldn’t believe it and when I tried to call no one answered so I couldn’t get a refund.

New location is great, fantastic pizza as always.

When you order a 20" pizza there is always a risk it is a gimmick, I can assure you it isn't. Possibly the best pizza I've ever had. If you're in the area you shouldn't miss it. Also surprised at the service speed despite being a busy period. Will be back!
