Subway in Stroud

Never easy walking into somewhere and having to do many split orders but ordered 3 different orders today, I didnt feel rushed, orders were made perfectly!! Thank you to Shannon & Ryan for making the experience a breeze!!

Food veg old.freshness over looked.my review for the whole of the west country.which work for a top paper.sorry subway you have to improve.

Check your receipt!Second time of getting overcharged in Stroud branchToday I was charged for a footlong not the six inch I had ordered which on its own wouldn't be an issue however last time it was clearly stated on the inshore point of sale that a deal was available, the deal had since changed, refused to sell as the deal price OR take the advert down.Other than that its standard Subway food

Friendly staff, nice choice of fresh food and clean seating areas.

Lovely staff and I had the teriyaki chicken salad, which was super fresh, delicious and completely syn free on Slimming World. Fab.

It is fine. Subway is usually quite yummy. BUT this one is always unclean, staff are clearly not trained on being friendly and polite. Very stingy on salad and lots of cross contamination in the pots. Won’t be coming here again in a hurry.

20/9/19 7.25 pm we went to stroud store for our tea. On arrival she was a little snappy the server "what do you want" no smile no happy we where there ect. When it was my friends turn to order she ordered the pizza sub when she asked for jelopenos on it the answer was a stern straight no my friend then said i will pay extra she straight away sternly said no no explaination just simple rudenessThis girls customer service is seriously lacking never felt so unwelcome at a subway before

The upstairs area is small and compact, feels like a tiny apartment. For those who are claustrophobic this seating arrangement may not be for you, however as a small person I found it comforting and quaint. The staff are absolutely lovely, one of them had amazing hair. They're banterous and great to talk to. The only thing I don't know about is the toilet facilities. I believe there are some available for customers but I am not sure. Shall check out later

Food as expected. Inattentive staff, no clean tables even though very quiet. Lack of knowledge on deals and one serving although 4 staff counted. Ate in, 20 mins in store, nothing changed. A good brand clearly let down by its staff or lack of training. Disappointed
