Lovely restaurant, friendly service and dog friendly! We sat outside for a morning brew and returned later for a meal. Food is great and generous portions, fresh, and well presented. I would definitely recommend this restaurant 😋

Stopped for lunch, what a treat! Shared the Prawn, Avocado and Chilli Bruschetta and the Hickory Chicken Bruschetta. Beautiful, a taste sensation and no mistake. The rest of the food coming out looked great. Recommend lunch here.

A really lovely, friendly restaurant. The food is excellent - the chef certainly knows how to cook a fish - and the lemon tart was to die for. We will certainly be back!

Such a lovely little place, right by the beach and also dog friendly. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend stopping for some food here if you happen to drive by new quay in Wales.

Ohh where do I start with the garlic mushrooms I guess cooked beat with lovely rustic bread to dip in stilton sauce. Then the belly pork to follow lush is the closest I can get it was awesome. Going to have the apple and blackberry crumble to finish off

Second time here for me and many changes but the food remains the same - high quality and tasty.Still dog friendly.Still need to book - there was a three day wait for us to get in, okay if you’re there for a week, not if you just pole up - as many people did - seeing empty table must have been frustrating but they were going to be occupied within half an hour. The kitchen had also, very sensibly worked out how many covers they could do in a time frame - and hadn’t over committed. So refreshing to hear this, as there’s often a ‘cram ‘em in, get their money attitude’ - not here.Venue wise, the outdoor area has been modified both because of COVID but also to provide a more comfortable eating experience in cooler / inclement weather. Heavy duty clear plastic now surrounds the open ‘window’ area and there is a retractable roof. The addition of heaters (IMHO not necessary just yet - September) may be very welcome in colder times ahead.Great views of the harbour and people watching up and down the street.Food, we had two from the specials board and one from the main. Average price £13.

If I could give the food here 6 stars I would, it's that good! Warm welcome, very pleasant interior and good friendly customer service. We went for lunch. I had the whole black bream with spinach sides, my wife the veg pie. Both were top class. Booking suggested as very popular. Wouldn't hesitate to return. All in all, very highly recommended.
