Always enjoy a beer mid dog walk on Painswick Beacon. Always friendly, good selection of beers and ales. Nice place to relax. The 19th hole I guess. Some lovely views from the outdoor areas.

I was part of a party of eight meeting up for lunch. We had come from various parts of the country. It was a glorious day and with the club house set in lovely countryside, the outlook was very good. We were welcomed by a number of members and the staff were friendly and attentive. There was a varied lunchtime menu to suit all tastes at reasonable prices. We had four dogs with us and this was no problem to the staff or members. Dogs are most welcome. Overall an excellent place to go to both for a light lunch and/or a relaxing drink.

Booked for the carvery on Mother's day after a lovely afternoon tea a few weeks before. Absolutely lovely. The beef and pork just melted in the mouth and there was a good selection of potatoes, vegetables, crackling, Yorkshire puds, apple/horseradish sauce, stuffing and gravy. Three choices of pudding but we were too full to have one. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!

The beef was too rare for me, I've never had blood on my carvery plate before, but everything else was stunning, including the carver! The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful, even bringing extra portions to the table. Highly recommended

The Waypoint hosted my husbands 40th birthday last weekend, and it was great! Everyone was so complimentary about the buffet, which was excellent as always, complimenting the Waypoint great bar provision. Its a great, accommodating venue,we had the fire pit lit in the evening, with a band playing and plenty of space for the kids to play as well. Thanks so much to Karina, Joey and team!

Played golf first then had a nice pint in the bar and then a well presented meal and sweet followed by coffee in relaxed and comfortable atmosphere will vist again.

Very good lunch. Took my wife here after going for a walk around Painswick beacon and had a lovely club sandwich as an impromptu lunch. Very welcoming and relaxed. The restaurant is within Painswick Golf Club's clubhouse but is welcoming to all, including dog walkers and ramblers. Good food and prices. Recommended

We ate here for dinner on their outdoor terrace. The views are lovely and staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food was really really delicious and great quality. Looking forward to coming back to this hidden gem.Given that the restaurant is part of the golf club, the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. They also offered us a blanket when it got cooler which was a nice touch.

Great value restaurant, we went in after a long walk around Painswick Beacon. Really good coffee, very fragrant with a mild bitterness which came with a Biscoff Lotus Biscuit as well; the perfect companion for dunking! We shared a slice of their chocolate brownie, which was topped with a cookie and chocolate chunks. You could tell it was homemade, as it was very light and fluffy, not too sweet and the cookie gave it a lovely crunch!Very friendly and attentive staff and great social-distancing measures in place. We'll definitely visit again, we sat outside, as you have great views over to Cranham, Sheepscombe and Jack's Green. What a lovely way to end our walk!
