Waitrose in Stroud

Great nice food, quality good all round. However with food prices rising , don't buy Lurpak here, its £5.

They had everything I needed and even though I did not have a MyWaitrose card the cashier told me how to get one online. My wife loves the jam donuts in the bakery section which sell out fast but we lucked out and picked up 4. Left 2 for someone else ;)

Best supermarket around.Lovely place to shop with amazing friendly staff.

Worst branch I ever went to. Constantly run out of my favourite beer. Takes them ages to get stocked again. Constantly low on fesh salad and meat. Erratic oppening policy of the cafe; where you can only sit for 15 minutes because otherwise you get a chill. Espeacialli in the winter. They never heat. Even the staff complained about it. In general you have the feeling that you are dealing with a complete stingy and incompetent management. Some of the prices; especially meat and fish are a complete rip off and the fishcounter smells of fish; which tells you a lot about hygene. The bananas are always half rotton. All in all this Waitrose branch is a complete mess.

Superb choice of products as always... Any town we drive to across the UK, our first preference for grocery shopping is always a Waitrose if its located nearby... This one is quite centrally located in Stroud and quite easy to get to... Highly recommended.

Very dissatisfied. I’ve ordered 2 coffees and 2 halloumi burgers. Coffees were spilled by waitress and left like that on the table. Tissue not available. The burgers were brought without cutlery and no tissues available again. The portobello mushrooms were so watery that it was disgusting to eat. I always thought that waitrose is very passionate about client’s satisfaction but nope.

It's a Waitrose! Wide aisles, good selection of quality goods and excellent fresh food and helpful staff, but expect to spend a bit more. Great fresh bakery and now a fresh sushi bar! The magazine selection has been cut a bit, while the kitchenwares section seems bigger!

Great quality of food etc, with various price ranges to suit all pockets. Great products and friendly staff. Don't be put off by people who say it's expensive, just shop to a level you can afford.,even their cheaper ranges of food are of the best quality, you will be surprised.

Always a joy to shop here for some delicious meals and the sushi bar is excellent. We love the wide choice of wines and beers.. and gin. The cafe is also fab when it re opens. I'm a dementia Doula and the clients love their food from here as it fresh tasty and varied. We've proved it doesn't have to be expensive.
