Woodruffs Organic cafe in Stroud

Had a nice cappuccino in the upstairs room. Although hard, I did resist the lovely croissants and cake on offer. Various options for lunch, just sorry I couldn't stay longer. Chai latte equally good.

Fantastic vegan Sunday brunch yesterday! Excellent value for money and lovely staff. Will definitely return when we are in the area again.

Really friendly environment, amazing range of food and drink options for all requirements eg vegan, gluten free etc. Lovely coffee and a decent size too, not unfairly priced. Now our go-to cafe of Stroud!

Two visits to Stroud and two visits to Woodruffs for brunch. Had the most delicious mushrooms with cream and spinach on Sourdough and a heavenly pastry. I love the quality of the food here, the relaxed yet clean set-up and excellent vegetarian selection. Thank you.

At the top of the High Street it's right in the heart of the independent shops that make shopping in Stroud such a joy, and on a Saturday it's between the the Farmers Market and the Shambles. I've sat outside and watched the world go by, and upstairs in the elegant tearoom (at the table by the curved window with a view down the street). Good food, good coffee and a leader in veganism, what's not to love.

Absolute gem of a find. We were looking for a good lunch spot in the town as part of a couple of nights break in the area. The Cauliflower Soup was fantastic with a very light spice. The mix n match salad was also gorgeous, we had the Roast Cauli and Tahini as well as the Baby Potato Salad.

My wife and I sat outside for an early lunch. I ordered two salads of the day. Our drinks were served promptly and then the chef, Marco, brought out our salads. They were delicious and generous. Roast caulifower, chick peas, flaked almonds, pomegranate seeds and jumbo flame raisins with a delicate dressing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and the service was friendly and professional.

Their lunch menu is diverse and the food we got was delicious and full of rich ingredients and flavours.It’s a great place to go for healthy eating and is catered for vegetarians & vegans.We also had a vegan polenta cake which tasted great!Overall great food and service 👍🏼

Cute local cafe that serves delicious food at great value. The pictures are the soup and sandwich both made gluten free! Bread is good but a little dense but the soup was amazing!
