Great fish and chips and served by a lovely man who was very polite and friendly we will definitely be back

I used to like it here but I ordered cheesy chips which for me should never go in the microwave and I didn’t even get asked so when I got home there was no cheese as it was all stuck to the paper made the chips soggy not the best

Went in for lunch as it was a relief to find a chippy that's not halal these days, everything was perfect the chips were fresh and very hot and the steak n kidney pie was really good too. Good work Bobby's.

Got home and was missing some of our order. Called to shop and have been offered a full refund and a free chippy meal. Fabulous customer service and the food we had was lovely. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent food on our first visitEver since it has taken a turn for the very worse. Chips refried, cod soggy or over cooked. Today's effort is in the bin and I will not be visiting it again. Shame as I like to support local businesses

Fish had no real flavour and the chips were very sweaty, such a shame as I have always heard good things about this place.

Chips were particularly good - a bit of crunch and a deep golden colour, not anemic and floppy like some chip shop offerings .Friendly service as well.

Great fish and chips, but awful opening hours. There is also no decent parking nearby so it's better off to walk or cycle where possible.

If you’re in Swindon and you’re feeling peckish and have that fish and chip feeling. I highly recommend you visit Bobby’s Chippy.I don’t know how he cooks his chips but I haven’t come across anything to match or beat them yet.Nice clean place which is a key factor for me and the staff are friendly and polite.Great service, reasonable price and fantastic fish and chips.Don’t take my word for it, just go in and buy a bag of chips on its own and you’ll see what I mean. 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice little fish n chip shop, nice fish , cooked fresh (I had haddock) Good chips, large portion . Cods roe was delicious , only con was the batter , although good was a bit oily for me.
