Britannia Kebab - Fish & Chips in Swindon

Fish and chips took hour and half to get to us.All of it luke warm. Fish was dry inside and soggy disgusting batter and chips were dry.Shame. As liked them before but last few orders have been rank!

Disgraceful service. Ordered and was given a delivery time. 5 minutes after it we rang and they said would be another 5 minutes. Rang again and they said they lied saying the bloke had been looking around for 20 minutes trying to find us and rang our phone (never rang) and now we have a choice of cold food or "up to us". Always used to order here but never ever again.

Absolutely awful! Underneath was just flooded with water from the salad, the salad also looked off. And the chicken absolutely stank and tastes rank. Tasted like they hadn’t cleaned their grill and saw them get the chicken out of a massive bucket of chicken. Will not be eating from there again. Seriously worst kebab I’ve ever had.

Food came 2 hours plus late….. kebab was cold fish and chips without chips not ordering here again only thing was nice was the coco cola drink

Food very good ,when others are buying even in restaurants potatoes from the bag they do real potatoes and thise days hard to find something like that. Staff very friendly and nice guys!

Britania was nice place before but since 4 months ago quality of food decrease . Hot wings not very well cooked , donner kebab had bones and sometimes not very well roasted , kofte was burned. Please change providers and people will be thankful again

Honestly would not even give this place one star if i could. Utterly disgusting food and appaling customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The chips were soggy, the chicken was raw and my kebab was drenched in sauce! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The service is utterly appealing, I have been here numerous times as the food is decent but twice I have had issues and the guy in the phone couldn't care less. We ordered a sausage and chip meal through uber eats and all they had to say when I said the meal was missing as the sausage was not there was well its not the whole meal is it... Food has been twice as long as stated and they just say it'll get there eventually. Disgraceful.

Genuinely used to love this place, it was one of the very few places I ordered from regularly. But then I found a fingernail in my pizza!! Absolutely disgusting. When I called I got told that "they don't cut nails in the kitchen". They offered to replace my food but obviously have been put off for life. I actually didn't pursue it for a while since I didn't want to think about it, but I tried emailing them for a complete refund which got ignored. I haven't been chasing them which I regret not doing (feel like it's too late now) but still debate about reporting them to Food Standard Agency.Also such a minor thing compared to the fingernail thing, but they also sent my lachmacun without chicken somehow. Devastating, as they had the best lachmacun until this incident.

I order large lamb kebab , service was nice, quick time for my order to be finish how ever when I open box with my kebab...disappointment hit me. Was really small on start few little pieces of lamb , nearly no salads except onions (plenty of that). Taste was not bad how ever there is much more better places to have yummy kebab in town.
