Burger Burger in Swindon

Burger was as soggier as my lasses legs after a heavy night on the drink an the hot dog was basically a Mayo an mustard Mariana dissapointed to say the least when we waited a whole 40 minutes an I’ll never get that time back didn’t finish either an I’m still trying to quench my thirst of the dirty salty fries my pals hairs gonna grow back

Customer service wasn't great could have been a signal problem.Was told the driver tried to deliver the food and knocked but must have gone to the wring address because they defiantly didn't knock on my door my dog would have gone crazy if they had done.The food is really nice and we were really looking forward to it but instead had no other choice but to get it refunded as the delivery driver didn't phone my mobile or knock on my door.Poor performance.Really not happy with the experience had tonight

We ordered from just eat for a collection, the order was ready for us at the time.Got it home and it was delicious! Super tasty burgers and chicken goujons. The jalapeño bites were a bit of a let down, but really great over all.

I got the Stack Burger and Panko Halloumi. Both were delicious! It took me 3 sittings to eat that burger, tho. It is not small. The reason for only 3 stars was the customer service. I stood at the counter watching the entire staff ignore me for a good 10 minutes before someone finally came up. I almost left, but the food looked too good to pass up. Glad I patiently waited.

Ordered through just eat at 5pm. Delivery time was 6.20pm. We rang 10 mins after delivery time and they said they're on it and itl be out soon. Rang again 40 minutes later and they said its out, now 7.10pm. Girl on the phone very rude didn't seem to care or apologise and then when I said why she didn't apologise she said what for?! The manager then said it was our fault it wasn't delivered on time as they can't schedule delivery times and we shouldnt have expected it at 6.20pm when our confirmation email said but instead that they could deliver up to 8.30pm? So there you go, when you order from burger now, don't expect your burger now or later but at somepoint before they close... thanks for nothing

A late delivery wouldn't be a problem if the food arrived hot. The order was marked out for delivery, and I queried why a 1 minute drive already had taken 10 minutes, but accepted there would be other deliveries in the area. However, the food arrived 30 minutes later, the burgers lukewarm, chips limp and near cold. Complaining about this, the female mos got defensive, insisting the delivery would go straight out, when clearly an address a lot further away was being driven to first, and by the time it took to return to town, our food was cold. The solution offered was that I would reheat the burgers, and they would send out fresh chips, on priority order, would credit the price of the burgers to my address, and I'd claim by ordering directly from the restaurant a later date. The "priority" order, arrived 45 minutes later.... 12 days later I called the restaurant to claim the free burgers, to be told no entry made in their book about it. The female manager spoke to her colleagues, and nobody could recall the order or the calls I made. Very odd.The female manager told me that as there was no record of my complaint, they couldn't reward me the credit I was promised 12 days earlier on the 16th of October, and was only, as a "Good will gesture ", willing to offer 20% discount of today's order, which I found insulting, I declined, saying I'd rather leave a really bad review. It is not my fault that the entry of the complaint and the solution offered was not in their book, and instead of an issue being resolved satisfactory, I now have had 2 experiences of appalling customer service from this restaurant. We have been regular customers, but I will definitely not order from this restaurant, Burger Now or Sushi Now, which is run by the same people, again. Shame, as the food has usually been tasty, but when it comes to customer service, a lot is missing. For the sake of the cost of 2 burgers, they have lost a customer. Very disappointed in the level of customer service.

Delivery within 30 mins, food still fresh and hot and really tasty! Burgers were lovely, chips and sweet potato fries still crispy. Lovely cheesecake for desert. We'd never ordered from here before and just fancied a change to our usual takeaways. Really impressed, would recommend and would definitely order from here again.

We have had many burgers in many parts of the world. This was a order placed to "give it a go for a change".I can honestly say OUTSTANDING! we had 2 stack burgers. juicy, tasty, amazing bacon jam, REAL bacon not processed streaky bacon it was full on smoked back bacon, 2 burgers, onion rings cheese, salad. Clearly home made not frozen, clearly made with a love for the food and job. Delivery was fast the food was amazing 👏Compliments to the chef and I do mean chef. This standard of food is not thrown together by a spotty kid in a fast food joint. This was made by a chef with passion.

A little hit & miss with delivery although always on time. Good quality ‘dirty food’. The burgers are top notch but the hot dogs are not great. The loaded fries are fabulous and generous portions too.

It was my first time ordering from Burger Now. The prices seemed very reasonable on the website, but even more so when the food arrived! I ordered the pulled pork fries and the Stack burger. I was not disappointed. The quality of the food was very high and at that price, the value for money is impressive. I would recommend mentally preparing yourself for the Stack burger, as it's roughly 3ft tall and will leave you feeling full up for the next couple of days at least. Would highly recommend Burger Now!
