We love this coffee shop. It’s clean, cosy and has a lovely atmosphere. The food and drink is delicious and not over priced. We always come here now when in the town centre.

Love this place. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Has amazing almond croissants and tea cakes that must be seen and tried. Been a while since this post but still love this place. Anywhere dogs are allowed is a good place for me.

Popped in and ordered a regular latte and a croissant. It was a meh latte and the staff seemed more focused on having a good chat rather than serve me.

Me and my friend went out for a coffee there. I also asked for a croissant and as my French friend suggested I asked if they could heat it up. The staff looked at me like I was from Mars😂anyway, I unfortunately found a hair in it..when I went to tell someone one of the staff members said “ we don’t make them here so…”. So what, eat the hair? In the end she suggested a refund but I still wanted the croissant and simply asked if I could have another one..she said yeah that’s fine…do you want this one heated up as well?- Prob still thinking I’m a weirdo. Coffee was great and I promise you that I didn’t place the hair in there🤣, it was well baked in. Stuff like that happens it’s fine, but since you sell the product you need to make sure that you at least listen to the customer.

The frappe should contain coffee. If you have your own recipe please do inform the customers about it.

Lovely coffee shop. Down to earth and friendly staff, I see customers speak to them as if they are robots there to serve them, and they still manage to smile throughout it all.A shame I haven't been able to sit in some days this week, but understandably there are maintenance problems over the busy period. My go to for a vanilla latte and loaf cake.

I’ve been going to C#1 very regularly for years and know most of the staff by name. Sadly it’s not as good as it used to be when Karl was manager. They food display is often bare with very little (if any) veggie choice. The staff numbers are low which doesn’t help them and they often have to shut upstairs for that reason. Today they were only open for takeaway and only decaf which is a real shame. I hope they can find more staff and get back to their best soon as I love this place so much.

Normally I don't post reviews but needed to for this place. Stood in queue waiting for simple Americano when the server was to busy sat chatting to his mates, not the first time weve seen this staff member sat down having a jolly, leaving another server to deal with the line of people.Use to love this place and came in every week end with my wife but lately the service quality has gone down hill. That same server is really rude when he speaks to you no friendly nature about him treats you like your an inconvenience as soon as you walk in. Wasnt apologised to for the long wait while they didn't bother to serve with only one staff member on till then rudely asked what size I wanted just because I didn't hear him. Customers shouldn't be barked at. Asked another staff member there what his problem was only for the young girl to apologise and say its her manager! Think the manager treating customers like that. No wonder the rest of the staff look so miserable all the time when not serving at the till!If you're unlucky enough to be served by him you're then stuck dealing with ridiculous prices for food or being charged more than you should be.I would have given my weekend visit more stars in the past I would have but poor service from particular members and the general low mood toped with prices is a no go for me. Agree with the other reviews on here that food is stinger for price.In short new management training needed and a new attitude to the place.

Very good coffee.. Excellent decor.. We all enjoyed very much.. Will be back soon 😊
