Domino's Pizza in Swindon

Went to collect, pizza great, staff inside great. Delivery driver reversed over the path and was really close to hitting me and appeared not to be fussed about this. Probably be mindful that a lot of their drivers are shocking.

Wouldn't even give them a one star!! ordered a pizza and wedges took over an hour to be delivered after receiving the text that it was out for delivery! To then be delivered freezing cold called the store numerous of times to be rejected everytime absolutely disgusting!! Food is gross too defo not the usual will never order from this store again!!! I will be calling head office tomorrow absolutely fuming!

Horrendous price for cheese on toast, the food was okay but not legendary.

We ordered two Pizza this evening, Tuesday 04 Jan, but it was not as good as usual. We ordered two medium size pizza but they were the size of small ones and very doughy as well as slightly undercooked which suggest the dough was not rolled out correctly. There was also more pepperoni than normal. This might sound like bonus but it actually made the pizza very oily. So all in all, a very doughy, undercooked and oily pizza. 🙁

Ordered two large pizzas tonite with dips and large bottle of coke. They didn't send the coke upon phoning them in regards to this they kept puttin the phone down been rude saying there's nothing we can do call customer service we are closed now baring in mind it doesn't close till 5am and it being only just 3am ten mins after we received order. Won't be ordering from there again.

Couple of weeks ago, I ordered two meatilicious. The first one that we ate was good. When we opened the second one, my goodness! It was burnt so badly and we just had to bin it. I guess they don't seem to take care of their customers anymore.

Hard work getting the order through to them. Always say you can’t do that and funny enough in 10 mins they can then do it. They don’t listen and talk over you. Also ended up with cold food after waiting an hour and a half (didn’t realise they would be so busy on a week day, during the day) Need to train staff better.

Pizzas turned up stone cold, with minimal topping. Ordered two dips at extra cost of £4. Which weren’t delivered, called to ask and upon answering the manager accused me of ordering something entirely different and said they would redeliver my dips and correct order. 40 minutes passed and nothing - called to enquire he said another 10–15 minutes and we can keep the BBQ dip they sent in error? Great gesture.Very rude, we order all the time and have never experienced this.

I last ordered from here in Feb. Ordered a large pizza with tandoori chicken, peppers and onion. When pizza was delivered there was 1 piece of chicken on each slice, 2 total slices of pepper on the pizza and a few sparodic slices of onion. Loved Domino's but will never order from here again. Charging for extra toppings but getting next to nothing on what would be a margharita pizza.

Unfortunately we got delivered one cold pizza and one was fine. So we phoned up about it as we have ordered from here a few times.Well, let’s just say the rudest man in the world answered the phone (we think it was the manager) basically called my partner a liar and then started raising his voice to her on the phone. So I then took the phone to tell him he was being out of order. Anyway we were supposed to hear from their customer service team in 10 minutes time...He also said this has NEVER Happened before. Well a quick Google search oh look... someone else with a cold pizza that became ill... I think it’s clear here who the liar is... the rude manager of dominos... hopefully they restaff or retrain their staff appropriately.
