El Mexicana in Swindon

I had a really tasty quesadilla for lunch today. Loved the fact there was so much choice but beware as lots of options do incur an extra charge. The medium salsa was a bit too spicy for my liking so I would not add it next time. They also have spicier salsa options so perfect for those who like chilli heat.

Today I bought beef chilli burrito, it was very disappointing because no meat came and my churros I’ve ordered caramel and it came chocolate. Very upset

Stars are not for the food as it was average but it is to express the appreciation to Misu’s customer service! Thank you Misu for serving us!

Love that they now have self service screens but with people making the food who you can still speak to about the order, always found the old way was difficult so a great upgrade!Wonderful food and great options, the churros are to die for!

20 minutes waiting, once queried the cashier of the delay he couldn't find out order, after searching for several minutes the "system refreshed" and our order was showing.No expediting of service was offered, only a refund, was made with a unsympathetic apology.

Really tasty food, both had burritos. Usually we have subway but tried this Mexican place next door, no regrets, will return!Note: they did get my partner's order wrong but they put it right quickly and apologized so no problem at all!

Let's be serious it's not the greatest. Waited over 25 minutes and they forgot the sauce for the wings. So £10 of the dish was pretty inedible.

Nice service, amazing food, first time I tried a Burrito it's amazing, special thanks to Vikas who helped me in choosing toppings as I was new to it so I just chose only 2 but the staff helped me with my choice with there suggestions. They could have saved it but they called me to ask me what I want, that's what I called superb and genuine service.Thank you for your care and support. I recommend EL Mexicana to all my friends and will surely visit again on my next trip to Swindon :)Cheers!

Forgot an item off my order, when I called they said they would sort it and no communication back. I had to ring them again where they said they couldn't come back out here and I would get a refund in 2-3 days. Beef burito lacked, beef mainly rice, when I said this the manager he told me it was shredded. I opened the whole thing up and it was next to nothing. The Mexican rice reminded me of the packaged uncle Ben's stuff.Service is bad, food tastes alright and recommend to all vegetarians

I ordered Quesadilla and choosed “Large” option. However, more than half of the tortilla was empty. It was the smallest portion of quesadilla I have ever seen in my life. I returned it to counter and asked if it was a large quesadilla. And they said yes it is. I had to return it and the staff at the counter instead of trying to make it up for me he refunded me.
