Flame Charcoal Grill in Swindon

Normally very good, but tonight was a different story, ordered food for delivery at 6:50, still waiting 2 hours later , rang back to find how much longer it would be ,told another half an hour. Another hour went by still no delivery, rang again and was told it had been delivered, explained that we hadn't received our order ,they accused me of lying ,but would send another one out, no apology and rude on the phone. when it arrived the food was dry. Not enjoyable at all.

Never show up with all your orders three times now forget something and never return with it sad they gone like that they use to be gd

The burger was AWFUL.Cheap and rubbery tasting, no flavour. £9 for a rubbish burger topped with the smallest amount of donner meat.Chicken shish was overcooked and dry.Won't be using again.

Eventually arrived and was stone cold and therefore unable to eat it. Most of it went into the bin.

If you are after Kofta Kebab this is by far the best place in Swindon to get one. Kofta from Moredon charcoal grill in my opinion is the tastiest.

I am never going to order from this place! I had ordered around 7:30 pm and received my order at 9:10pm which is not acceptable even though I had called the restaurant twice and falsely said that they are on their way and will take approximately 15 minutes.Once I had received my order I had took a mouthful and felt sick as the food was cold and not edible.I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Placed an order as was recommended to use this kebab shop, worst mistake, XL portions kebabs were like medium, low quantity meat, missing items, called twice said it’s on the way, waited & waited but never turned up. I will never use this company every again, shocking service, shocking attitude,

Wouldn’t bother. Ordered at 4.15pm and still waiting at 6.06pm. Have rung a few times they say it left 40 mins ago. Don't Seem to know what their couriers are doing. My 2 and 4 year old are starving. I would never use them again

Spent hundreds over the years. Due to a staffing issues changed website to collection only - Completely my fault as I didn't see it.Had delivery for years with no changes, instead of calling to let me know my food was waiting - just let it get cold. Too busy to call "takes 30 secs"Called to enquire - was told it clearly states collection, food was made! I'm not paying for your mistake.Well unfortunately you will, the hundreds you've made off me will now be zero as I take my business elsewhere.I can appreciate it was unforeseen circumstances and I truly hope all is OK but could of met me halfway.

Pre ordered earlier in the afternoon for our food to be delivered around a specific time. Still waiting an hour later and told we wouldn't get any money off or back. If you're going to give People a time stick to it or don't give timings. You've had more than two hours to prepare two meals 😂 and not even a can of pop to say sorry lol
